Enjoy going to the pool with half of the people who live in Sanford. No security system. The weekends are an absolute NIGHTMARE. You cant enjoy your amenities unfortunately. Constant kids from the other side are coming in through broken gates. We were suppose to get pool passes but that will never happen. Good luck getting the office to care! They even broke the lock of the pool when it was down for maintenance one weekend and got to enjoy the pool while the people who actually live here were told they can use the pool over 40 minutes away in Winter Park. Pay to go elsewhere TRUST ME!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Sanford Landing!!! I am the mother of six, and can safely say, the staff and accommodations at Sanford Landing are the absolute best!!! Elsa, Edna, and Norma are the most wonderfully kind and professional staff I've ever dealt with! Committing to them, sight unseen, for my daughter and her friends was made so easy by them and everything turned out to be just as they had promised!!! It is a beautiful location and beautifully managed and kept!!! I 100% recommend this as a wonderful place to live!

My husband job is relocation him to Sanford in August. He will be a certified trainer for Cheddar's and we're coming down in 2 week's to look for a place . We seen your apartment online and love it . Been having the worst experience with the maintenance manager, he has very poor manners and walks around like code enforcement. In terms of actually doing there job I have a freezer that has a Freon leak which was not fixed, a loud noise coming from the dishwasher water line valve that wasn’t replaced and a ac unit that is undersized for the unit so it will not cool the house properly. Overall poor training and even worst temperament. Were leaving when the lease is over!

Lived here from 11-2017/11-2018, This was a wonderful place to stay. The ground look good, the neighbors are wonderful and I will always love the ducks. Maintenance was wonderful, was always taken care of the day after submitting a ticket (Unless it was a holiday but of course). Office staff is wonderful! I always get a response from them in a timely manner. We only moved to be closer to where we now work but if we ever need to moved back to the area we will be looking into these apartments again.

I love the fact that the management staff made things extremely easy for me to get my new apartment and I’m so grateful and the place is very clean everyone is friendly.This was by far the best decision I ever made in my life when it comes to Choosing an apartment. thank you so much Jennifer,Raylan and Britney.
