Not happy at all with the service here. I’ll bring my bike that has mechanical brakes it sits in the shop for five days only for them to tell me they can’t do anything with it. I’ll take it to another bike shop and they fix it within five minutes if this doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what will

I had an awesome experience with TRY bike. I found the shop after I was looking for a Pinarello bike all over Atlanta. TRY bike does not only offer high end bikes, but also specializes in triathlon equipment. When I entered the store, Tiago was extremely helpful. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Tiago answered all my questions related to my beautiful new bike I purchased and other workout questions I had. I absolutely recommend this place and will only go there from now on.

Try Bike Shop is a cyclist's haven. What makes this shop so special is that not only are there fantastic bikes and accessories, there is performance credibility. The owner, Tiago is intimately familiar with the sport of cycling and always willing to share his knowledge with customers and family members who are in his store. His leadership and mentorship are clearly seen in the enthusiasm shared by his staff. This is a great environment to step into if you need product or just a little extra motivation to help you stay at the top of your cycling/sport game!

West Roswell is so lucky to have this great little shop. The owner is rarely there but the staff is great. They sell and service really high end triathlon (hence the name I guess) and road bikes, but they'll help you out with anything. They have lots of parts and accessories but not many ties and there's always a mechanic on duty.

Try bike shop exists because Tiago has a passion not only for the bikes themselves, but for the people who ride them -. great costumer service and a huge knowledge about those fun machines that's why when you walk through the doors, you can know that you're not just gonna get good prices and reliable service, you're going to be really taken care of. That's why I keep coming back to try bike sop, and why I keep sending everyone i know there.
