Entire project was completely mismanaged. Numerous days and weeks where no sub contractors were on site or would show up, work for 1 hr, and then leave site. Project was not completed which lead to us having to hire a second contractor to complete project. When you hold up payment until payment is actually due and lien waivers are received, Contractor threatens lawsuit and to pull off job stating I do not know when we could get you back on schedule if we have to pull off job. Lien waivers never delivered
