At Accucheck home inspections, we aim to provide our customers with everything they have come searching for. We offer two different types of home inspections, depending on the nature of the case. Buying a home can be a daunting experience for everyone in the market, looking for homes. So many questions come to mind when making a big financial decision like this one.
We recommend four (4) point inspections when the home is at least 30 years or older, but this usually differs from carrier to carrier. This is often required when a person is trying to obtain a new homeowner's insurance policy and even when you are renewing an existing system.
The primary purpose of this Inspection, as it is with other inspections is to determine the estimated age of the foundation of the property itself as well as the general condition and remaining years of life that the system has to offer.This Inspection is a limited visual inspection and may not be favored by the insurance company because they will deem it unsafe or problematic.

I have had two homes inspected by Stephen Brown and his team at Accucheck. They were extremely professional, meticulous, thorough, and respectful of my needs in both cases. They walked through the entire inspection report with me and never once used lingo or jargon that I could not understand. Have used Stephen Brown for our initial home purchase inspection and two wind mitigation inspections (before and after we replaced roof). He has always been on time, responsive, willing to answer questions and has acted in interest of the buyer (his client) maintaining professionalism at all times. We have used Stephen Brown three times as a home inspector. He is knowlegeable, thorough and very professional. He comes on time and gets his report to you just as promised. His fee is very reasonable in the industry. Especially since you can have confidence in his report. Unfortunately, it is rare to find a home inspector of Stephen’s caliber!
