I found this inspection company on BBB with an A+ rating. After seeing their list of certifications and qualifications, I put in the call to schedule the inspection of a property for purchase. Mike Yeager was my inspector (I don't think there are other inspectors - I think he might own the company and be the only inspector) and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was early to the appointment and had already gotten started on the process and identified a couple issues. Talking to him you can tell he is passionate about his work and truly cares about his clients making well informed decisions
