Baltimore Counseling Center

Baltimore City Counseling Center is licensed by the State of Maryland as an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Baltimore City Counseling Center was founded on the principle of community based services. Our clinicians provide mental health services within the community. Mental health services have been delivered in client's homes, churches, group homes, senior centers, and community centers.

Our belief is that treatment gains are best realized and maintained when provided within the community in which the client resides. Office based care is also available. Baltimore City Counseling Center professional staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and licensed professional counselors.
