Brenda Abbott Floral went above and beyond my expectations! I had ordered a bridal bouquet and boutonnieres and Brenda knocked them out of the park! She was also so polite and responsive via email, as well as helpful and patient in trying to create a bouquet based on the vision I had. I hope to be able to use them again in the future for any of my floral needs!

I called this morning from Washington state to get an arrangement delivered for my cousin in Bastrop, who has just lost her husband and has no family nearby. As usual, I asked for something a little "off the menu" in that I wanted to start with one of the beautiful arrangements in another section than those specifically for memorial and funeral services and then augment it a bit. The idea being for something reflecting the dichotomy of grief with the happiness of the loved one being finally at peace and rest. Not the easiest thing in any case let alone long distance.

After having to post-pone our wedding due to Covid May of 2020, my husband and I finally got to schedule a small intimate ceremony May of 2021. Compared to most weddings I was working with a very fast paced schedule and came across Brenda’s floral design looking for vendors in Bastrop since that’s where our wedding was taking place. Even with the short timeline, they contacted me so fast and before I knew it I had my flowers scheduled and off my to do list. Brenda designed my bouquet and boutonnières PERFECTLY. I picked up my flowers the day before my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier

I would have given a minus if I could. My daughter's wedding was on Valentine's day and this business complained it was there busiest day of the year. We were told don't expect any roses and the flowers will be what is available. From the start they made my daughter feel like her wedding wasn't important. We missed a payment "deadline" with all the crazy COVID details and when my daughter called them they said you might not have any flowers for your wedding now. These folks are fantastic. I placed an anniversary order on a Friday. On Saturday I realized I asked for them to be delivered on the wrong day. I communicated that to them on Saturday, even though they were closed they got back to me and said they would change the delivery day. That was greatly appreciated. The only thing I would offer up is to be open on Sat, if only for a few hours maybe till noon. Brenda will definitely be our "go-to" florist. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!

I put all my trust in Brenda for my son's wedding. The flowers were beyond my expectations. Everything was so creative and she worked so well to stay within my budget. Worth every penny. When the bride smiles, it makes your day!

FIVE STARS!! Honestly i couldn’t recommend Brenda Abbott more. She completely saved my wedding day. I was crying when I saw my butchered bridal bouquet (it was smaller than my bridesmaids bouquets and looked… nothing like It should have) Brenda quickly saw my reaction the second I opened the box and saw what the other florist had given me. Brenda has been my florist for years! She is truly one of the best florists I've ever used, and I've worked with extremely high end florists in my former profession. Her work is sophisticated and unique - you won't find any of her pieces looking like any of the cookie cutter arrangements found on generic websites. I love that she uses higher end florals. A Little Mistake That Cost a Bride $2,000

I am the bride as you might imagine, with the venue I chose, Brenda Abbott's day of coordination was included in the price. Once I discovered this, I decided to just hire her entirely for floral arrangements as well as a full service coordinator (not just day of coordinator). I hired her with plenty of a heads up: 1 year before the wedding.

What came next surprised me.

Below is a breakdown of the Floral Service AND the Full Service Coordination as there were multiple issues with Brenda Abbott's ability to live up to her promises.

We came to Brenda very last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances. We were looking for a particular look but due to the flowers being out of season the cost was more than we wanted to spend so she sat down with us and worked out each detail according to what we wanted, we had to compromise a little but with her skill and knowledge we were able to get to exactly where we wanted to be and the flowers were STUNNING!
She was very quick to respond and very helpful. Very happy with our experience.

We needed a last minute arrangement for a funeral service. The piece absolutely exceeded our expectations. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Called last minute to Brenda's shop and was delighted to find out that not only could Brenda deliver the flowers the same day (Mind you I called 15 minutes before she closed) but even delivered them with a card that was reasonably priced! My son was married in Texas and we live in California and I asked the dinner venue (Baxter's on Main - wonderful place) for a referral and was given Brenda Abbott's name. All arrangements had to handled over the phone and email as we were out of state. Brenda was very professional and very prompt in her responses. Best and pretty much the only florist in Bastrop. Ordered flowers from here twice and I've found them to be both reasonably priced and friendly. Worth a shot. They've recently moved down north main by the railroad tracks.

We just recently moved to Bastrop. Today was my birthday and my husband was out of town, so he called and ordered flowers for me from Brenda's. When they were delivered, I was so amazed how BEAUTIFUL the arrangement was!!!!!! I also appreciated very much the call ahead of time saying they were on their way!
