Dr. Samira Said, MD books too many patients at a time for an appointment and we have to wait in her small waiting room with at least 3 other patients for nearly an hour during this COVID-19 danger to be seen by her.
Dr. Said was already with a patient when I arrived for my appointment with all my forms done at her office. And there was a patient in one of the rooms waiting to be seen and one was waiting in the waiting room to be seen after (which she was already complained to receptionist about waiting too long ). This is already 15-20 minutes passed my appointment time. By simple calculation

I went in for hair issues and the entire time I felt overlooked and quite rushed. Dr. Said didn't even touch my scalp, **barely** even looked at my skin let alone my scalp/follicles, and wasted the remaining 15 minutes trying to advertise her sister's acupuncture business to me, even though I said multiple times I am not interested at all. Isn't a dermatologist supposed to actually inspect your skin?? She has a blunt and snippy demeanor, and truly made me feel insignificant. Total waste of time, I have never been this disappointed by a doctor's visit before. The entire time I felt like she did

I visited this Dr for my 3-month son who has eczema. First of all she couldn't diagnose if he really have eczema or not in two office visits. She gave of a pre-ready prescription which I think she used it for all her patients . Second she forced us to buy cream and spring water from her office and gave some expensive medicine from an unknown pharmacy (shipped to us). After using these medicines and her instructions, his skin got worse and we stopped everything, and consulted with his pediatrician Dr. His is now very better by using simple hydrocodone from his pediatrician.

I went to Dr. Said for sun spots. Her knowledge in her profession is second to none. My sun spots was cleared much quicker than I expected. She is also a very caring person. I did a full body scan which she was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this doctor. I only wished I lived closer but she is definitely worth the drive.

She deserves zero stars. I took my mom to her office and Dr. Said told me that she will send the prescription to a cheap pharmacy and they will call me. The pharmacy called me after couple of days and provide me an expensive quote. I found the medicines in other pharmacy much cheaper. I called Dr. Said office to get a copy of the prescription, so I could buy those medicines from the cheaper pharmacy. Her staff always had some excuses to don’t give me the prescription. after called her office 5-6 times I finally gave up. By the way I paid $150 cash for her visit only.
