In our more than 40 years of doing business, we've found that there are two types of vehicle owners: Disposers and Preservers. Bruce started working in the computer programming field, but at one point, felt he needed a change. At the time, Bruce spent his spare time elbows-deep in cars as a hobby, leaving wiring diagrams everywhere in the house; it was then that his wife convinced him of his then-new career path. If your vehicle has been a bit sluggish and you don't recall the last time you changed your oil then it may be time for an oil change. If your car or truck are running rough, and you don't know if it even has oil, you might need to change your oil. If it's been more than 6 months or 3-5 thousand miles, it's probably time to change your oil, and filter.
As your trusted auto mechanic, our experienced technicians will perform a courtesy inspection of your vehicle every time you come in. Our biggest priority is keeping you and your family safe. We also want to keep you informed of potential maintenance issues before they cause expensive and unexpected problems.
If you do not purchase new vehicles, a pre-purchase inspection is absolutely essential. Apart from regular oil and filter services, nothing has the potential to save you more money in the long term. We recommend it before purchasing any vehicle that is not being sold under the manufacturer's "Pre-Owned Certified" plan.
You can check the owner's manual that came with your vehicle. Every car, truck and SUV has a different period in which it should be tuned up. Many vehicle owners think that a tune-up will solve every problem in a vehicle, but this is not always the case - a tune-up cannot fix a a lot of drivability problems.

I had a great experience at Daltons Midway Service last Thursday. My check engine light also came on, on my car. There was zero pressure to commit to making repairs right away, and even explained that I could do the repairs in segments so that it wouldn’t be so much out of pocket all at once, since my warranty did not cover what needed to be done.

Came in for a check engine light check and had some information reaffirmed as well as information on something new that was also related to my issue. They were great on all accounts as far as the diagnostic went. They also replaced my passenger window regulator and the window works great now, fast turn around too considering they were getting ready to take a long weekend for their new locations opening and had a limited window to get the parts delivered and installed. Very happy with my experience here, and I hate taking my vehicles to mechanics typically! I would bring my vehicles here again though

On my way home from camping my transmission went out on the highway, my roadside assistance asked if I wanted recommendations for authorized repair services and the closet was Dalton's Midway. I was, at the time, unfamiliar with their work, but the reviews were really good. Dana is the man, his recommendations and customer service are revolutionary in the auto industry they have fixed my car on multiple occasions and I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Those guys know what their doing and they always charge me half of what I think it's going to be. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. After purchasing a used car, I suspected it needed a new clutch. After the mechanics had taken a look at it, they have me a full rundown of the good and the bad of my car. It turns out the clutch was fine, but they caught a brake fluid leak.
So, I guess you could say that these guys practically saved my life!

Went there today for an oil change. Chose Dalton's because of positive Yelp reviews. Yelp was correct. The guys at Dalton's did the job quickly and professionally - and there was no upsell of irrelevant extras. I will definitely use these guys again, and I feel totally comfortable recommending them to others.

Eventually, I will run into repairs which are too difficult for me. Which is when I turn to the professionals and there is no one I trust more with my car than the guys at Daltons.
I have been going to these guys for years. When something on my car breaks, they fix the broken part. No fake stories about how, while trying to fix the problem they discovered that I need a new blah blah blah, or my car will burst into flames.
When a legit problem is actually found, they take

Dropped our car off this morning after noticing our crankshaft pulley was broken. They were able to fit us in and have us back on the road by the afternoon. This is my second time using Daltons Midway Service and they have been awesome to work with both times and very reasonably priced. We had the brakes done here the first visit. They have become our first choice when it comes to car maintenance and repair.

I found this shop on the Jasper Engines website (http://www.jasperengines.com) because they are a recommended installer for Jasper. I'm SO glad I took my car to them.
DeWayne is a true professional and he does his work with integrity. While other shops I talked to about doing an engine replacement wanted to nickel and dime me to death with this and that and gave me crazy high estimates, DeWayne gave it to me straight. His prices included all the typical items replaced during a motor replacement and the price was considerably less than other shops. Not only that, he gave me a reasonable

The building isn't much to look at: it's at the intersection of 180th and SR9 next to a mexican grocery store/taco truck (which is also excellent, by the way). You might just drive past and go "man, that looks like a dump that time has forgotten".
But you'd be wrong.
The folks at Dalton's are awesome. I took my '95 Ford Ranger here once based on a recommendation by my neighbour. The truck had an odd squeal coming from a wheel when driving at high-ish speeds. They quickly diagnosed it as wheel bearings that needed repacking, then fixed them
