However, when I had my car there it was a Friday and I was not called to be told the parts wouldn't be available until Monday. I had to call them at the end of the day to find out. They did pay for my rental for 2 days though which was very helpful. The quality of work is very good, the customer service has changed to not so good.

I rent a unit just down the way from them. It was close to 5pm, awful weather, cold and rainy. I locked my keys in my truck. I went to the office, told them what had happened, said I'd gladly pay for the service. One employee came and tried to get into it and could not. He said he'll see if someone else can help. At 5:15pm after they closed here came another employee. He got in! Would not take my money. Such nice guys. I dropped a card and Starbucks cards off to say thanks. Great staff!

These guys did my pre purchase inspection quite a few years back and I decided to use them due to a pretty serious coolant leak. After replacing all the hoses (because my car is getting old) and taking care to go over nearly every concern I had with pictures and great explanations I felt confident in the service. A few days later and BOOM! I must have had some form of fuel leak, I had the car towed in there and they fixed it at no charge due to the clip not being secure after fixing it.

I got a flyer in the mail and was very impressed with it so I called scheduled an oil change For my Lexus
my boyfriend asked me to schedule an oil change for him and his Toyota forerunner went in on Monday and They did the 60 mile tuneup also
my Lexus SUV went in the next day for an oil change and a 47 point check throughout the vehicle
the service I got from this establishment was impeccable !!!!!!
the service they gave me was better than Lexus

The service team are very good at their jobs. They work with you and explain everything about your vehicle and what is involved in the process of the work they do. People at the front desk are very knowledgeable and friendly too. My experience with them has been very satisfactory. I will continue to bring my cars in if I am in need of their services.

When I called M&N as a new customer and described the sound coming from our car, they recommended I come in right away and made time for me that afternoon. Turns out, there had been serious damage to the wheel and it would have been dangerous to drive any significant distance. They helped coordinate the ordering of a part from the dealer, and were kind, considerate, and professional the whole time. That first call was something of an emergency, but I plan to return to them for ALL our service needs. Thanks, M&N!

I am so grateful to have found this repair shop - they did a fantastic, thorough, and honest inspection and oil change for me and provided me with photos and details of everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I will be back for a brake fluid flush next week! Definitely will refer others here and will be a repeat customer!

The staff were professional and kind. Everything they worked on is working good. I gave a list of things that we needed & wanted done and some we weren't sure if they could do like the trunk lock. They were able to fix it for a reasonable cost and we got our car back before the weekend when I needed to my wheels again. It was also nice to know that they could take me home and pick me up if needed. We didn't need it since my husband was available. The inside of the headlamps got cleaned up to remove the cloudy surface. Now our headlights will shine like they should and it cost much less than replacing

I’ve been bringing my cat to M&N for the past 4+ years and will definitely continue to do so, and to recommend them to friends and family. From the extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff to the excellent attention to detail with car repairs, this shop has everything I would look for in a car mechanic and more. They even offer to shuttle you home for when you need to drop off your car at the shop. This is the kind of auto shop where you’ll never need to worry about someone trying to make you pay anything more than the fair market price for parts and labor, and you’ll receive genuine

I love this place. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Not only that but they have great customer care and service. They saved my life when my head gasket blew on my car and then after it was paid for and fixed found a crack on the bottom of the engine as well a few days later. Any other place would have charged me for both but M&N covered the price of a whole new engine and put it in there at no extra cost. Thanks again!
