They charged 300$ for a simple fix to tighten the couple screws of headlight
They initially claimed it’s a software issue but they agreed later it’s not
How come they can’t understand simple flicking of light bulb is due to loose hardware not software
They are also bad in understanding customer situation. We forgot to take out the house key from car and realized later in evening at 6pm. We came back to store. Couple workers were sitting at front desk but did not want to open the door or even answer our call to find out why we are standing outside. They were

I took my 2006 Porsche Boxster for a transmission fluid change and rear axle seal change. They had trouble getting the axle seal part which I understand. The problem I had with this place was the communication. They kept telling me they “found other things wrong” but wouldn’t tell me until the other services had been performed. I was out of town for a week and was told that the part was going to be in and I should be able to pick up my car the following Monday. I heard nothing that week. No updates, nothing. I called on Monday and they had just received the axle seal but hadn’t installed

I have been a customer off and on with Conaway Motors. Frankly, I am concerned. I want to keep going there, but it seems, they are are working with a marketing person that is directing them to upsell and do more regarding repairs that is not necessary. Plus, the repairs are more expensive than necessary and way more than in the past. I brought in my wife's car and my Porsche in the past. They went through our cars and the estimates and repair costs were reasonable. Now, it seems they are trying to extend the costs and further, add other costs that are also very expensive. The guy that

My wife's Audi Q5 started missing on accelleration (spark plugs). We made an appointment with Conaway Motors. They were able to get us in the next day and they diagnosed the problem and found a vacuum leak. The car was fixed and it runs much better than before. The check in process was great, the front desk people were very knowledgable and called several times to keep us informed on the progress of the repair. We have taken our Audi to them since we purchased it used two years ago. Conaway Motors has been great to work with and they keep the vehicle running great.

The Mechanics are very knowledgable about older imports to new computerized vehicles. They treat you as a friend, not a just a customer. They have worked on our 1987 VW Cabriolet and 1999 XJ8 Jaguar and were very aware of its mechanical temperaments. What mechanic takes you on a test drive and explains the repairs? I highly recommend them.

I was disappointed in our experience here. My husband brought our car in for two things. 1. The air blower wasn't working and 2. Our car was taking in water and flooding the floors. Two and half days and $200 later they confirmed that the air blower needed to be replaced and could not identify the leak. My husband and I took the car home and after 30 minutes of trying to identify the leak ourselves, we found it. We essentially paid them $200 to hold onto our car for 2 days. I was frustrated that I, who knows nothing about cars, was able to find the problem within 30 minutes while the

My 1972 Beetle had a brake issue. When I checked the fluid reservoir it was losing brake fluid. I was able to bring my car in on Monday. In the afternoon Conaway called with a parts and completion estimate for replacement of my master cylinder. By Tuesday evening the work was done and I was able to drive home. The cost was close to the estimate and the mechanic who did the work explained it to me as he was doing it. I was able to see the master cylinder location as well as the old culprit. The work was done correctly the first time.

My car started overheating as I was driving through Everett. I was able to limp my way to Conaway Motors. They were amazingly helpful in being able to order me a radiator hose and have it there within 2 hours, and get my car fixed! I've had several auto repair shops who haven't been able to fit me in for weeks in the past. I would highly recommend Conaway for their professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and most of all great work! Thanks again guys!

I cannot speak to Conaway Motors per se, but I can speak to the character and competence of one of their mechanics. I have known Jim Hall professionally for over 25 years. He is without a doubt the most competent and honest mechanic I have ever met. I'm confident that any place he works is a first class operation. I trust him more than I trust my doctor. Period.

I took in a 01 jaguar s type 3.0 for a transmission flush, my quote over the phone was $200.00 they spent about 2 hrs checking the car out and gave me a list of trouble codes. When it came time to pay the bill was $164.00 OK I'll take that kind of quality service any day of the week. I know the car needs work and when it's time to do it, it's going to Conaway motors, go see Logan he'll take car of you. GO CONAWAY!!!!!!

Shysters tried convincing me that I needed a new engine. The mechanic Eric completely ignored the instructions I provided to him that would've fixed the problem I brought the car in for... I paid the $110 for a bad diagnosis and had the car towed back to my home. After building a custom tool, I had the problem fixed in less than a half hour and the car back on the road. I can happily say it's been performing like expected for over two years now.
I chose this place on their AAA rating, the fact that I see a lot of euro cars in and out. The place is always packed. I've made it a

I think if you guy go to dealer you will have professional services and pay cheaper than here like you pay $1000 for dealer = fast and professional if you pay $500 for conaway motor = take very long time and every problem still same or just better a little bit...pls think about this " why we have to pay a lot for nonprofessional..."
