Great experience, I went for electronic seat adjustment issue. I paid for replacement but when I get home the issue got resolved. Probably because the technician reset the program board. I made a call and Eddie said totally fine and initiated a refund. He assigned to a person and they called and informed me about the refund. Great customer experience, will visit again if needed!!

I stopped in here about a month ago to get an estimate on about three,maybe four jobs on my truck. The estimate was more than fair and I was able to get an appointment that 100% worked with my schedule. What a Joy doing Business with this Local business.
My wifes 4-runner Blew a tire late saturday evening. had it towed to " Fast Eddies " and dropped off. Monday i called and spoke to amy. " She is a Pro " as is the entire staff ! after ordering our 4 new tires, and One Catalytic converter, Our Car was ready for Pickup Tuesday Evening ! The Experience was amazing how we were treated. also of Mention. a Tire pressure sensor light was on and They detected our spare tire was the Problem. " NO CHARGE " Why cant every business be run like this place ! I Highly Recommend using this family run business

Just had our car serviced here. We dropped it off this past Friday and was able to pick it up, today, Tuesday. Phil was the man that I talked to during the whole process and he was phenomenal. He called to let me know what the issue was as soon as they began working on it. He was thorough and very kind. We didn't have a mechanic that we went to beforehand, but after this experience, we'll definitely be coming back. The guys who worked on the car did a fantastic job. The car sounds beautiful and runs so smoothly now.

I brought my Audi A3 to replace its brake pads. This was my first time of replacing break pads, but Phill, an advisor who took care of my car, very friendly explained what the problem was and what to change. All services were very smooth and stress-free, as he did reconfirm appointments and presented an accurate price. Overall, my car drives with no problem, and Fast Eddie’s Tire Pros did a great job and gave me a great customer service. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called Phil at Fast Eddie's with questions regarding my vehicle. Phil was so incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately he said that the repair that I needed could not be completed at their shop but he took the time to find the contact information for someone that could do that job that he personally recommended. As a female, I find that it isn't often that mechanics will be so forthcoming but I really appreciate the help from Phil and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area based on his honesty and helpfulness on the phone alone.

I chose Fast Eddie's Tire Pros because of the many positive reviews left by other customers. Shop owners might tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get your business, but I take the time to research the experience of other customers when choosing a business to pay for their services, especially when I know that I'm going to be spending a significant amount of money there.
I had some pretty serious brake issues which included a gnarly grinding sound and some metal-on-metal, rotor-chewing damage to my front brakes. I also knew that I was due for tire replacement

I can do nothing but recommend Fast Eddie's. I have thrown three different cars with a variety of uncommon issues at them over the past four years and they have managed to get me back on the road, with confidence, every time. Good auto repair shops are as hard to find as good doctors, but I found one!! Courteous, professional and honest.
I just had new tires installed on my 2014 Lincoln MKX. I had an appointment for 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:15, and they immediately took my car to get started. Jeff Hemp was my courteous professional service advisor.
I typically wrench on my own cars, so I am quite familiar with how to repair them. As I was waiting for the tires to be installed, I could overhear Jeff taking numerous calls from customers. His descriptions of the issues the customers were having were totally logical

I came in for a simple oil change, first time here, my mechanic recommended fast eddies because he was swamped. Then I arrived I was informed that with oil changes they also rotate the tires....great!! Well the oil changed went as planned but what didn't go as planned was a huge gouge down to the steel belts in my back tire. My plan was to drive to Spokane the next day, I didn't need this!!!
Phil was on it!! Order my tires to arrive the next morning, gave me a more than sweet deal

I have never been into ANY repair shop where I would honestly just enjoy hanging out for a while. These guys are SO awesome - friendly, helpful, honest and attentive. This was my first time to Fast Eddie's. I had heard positive things about them in the past and I was no longer satisfied with my current repair shop. My previous shop said I had 25% left on front and rear brakes of my F-150 and it would cost about $900 for the work. Fast Eddie's inspected the brakes, said I had about 40% left, and could grind the ceramic rotors. The previous shop wanted to replace them. Since we tow an RV I wanted to make sure that the brakes were good. I had Fast Eddie's do the work and it cost a little over $500. They did an inspection of my truck and noticed one

These guys get it. Customer Service 1st. Great work, knowledgeable and helpful. I learned more about my truck in 1 hour than 500 hours of driving.

We took our 1999 Honda CRV in for a wheel alignment. These guys were great. They went above and beyond my expectations by rotating the tires (without us even asking them to) in addition to doing the alignment in order to get the ride "perfect". They road-tested it at least twice to check their work. They spent a lot of time with us explaining what they did as well as their numerous other service offerings.
I will also be taking my cars to Fast Eddie's for oil changes in the future, as their prices are competitive and they are very thorough.
