Please don’t go here, the pest level is good, but maintenance/management is awful, I’ve had a hole in my ceiling since I moved in from water damage, at one point it was raining ON MY BED and I told the front office this and it’s still not fixed. It also rains in the guest bathroom, mold damage everywhere, all three of us have had awful allergies and it’s probably from our own home. All of these things were reported multiple times and never fixed.

I lived in Oakbridge for over a year and a half with no major issues. The area and surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. I can't speak for the entire complex since I did not leave my part of it, but the people I've ran into and my immediate neighbors were very friendly. I've never had any problems with rats, roaches, or mold so I am not sure what the other reviews are about.
The biggest draw for me and the main reason I renewed my lease was the management team and maintenance guys.

My experience with the Oakbridge Apartments was generally terrible. I signed the lease sight unseen, as I was moving from out-of-state and I simply needed a place to stay for a few weeks until I closed on my house. These apartments are a mess. They are very run-down and poorly kept. There are so many cockroaches in the kitchen that I basically stopped making food in the apartment altogether. I was constantly putting in work orders for basic items to be repaired. Every month, I had to contact the office regarding an issue on my billing statement. I felt that there was a general lack of organization

I have called the office several times, I wanted to look and lease.
I stopped by Saturday several times and the office was locked with a closed sign on the door.
Monday I came by 3-6 times and stood outside in my car for a hour thinking maybe it was due to lunch one of the guys who had a grey shirt with a RPM logo on came by and said the lady had been off property for several hours.
I tried again today with calling no answer so again I drove a hour from where I live and stood outside for a hour went to grab lunch came back and still no one, no answer door was locked with a closed sign once again

Lived here for 2 years Jan 2017-jan 2020 we always felt safe in these apartments, never a roach, rat,a bug, of any kind ever. Maintenance rocks every time we had a problem they handle it within 24 hours.
My dog passed 6 months ago still paid the $20 a month pet rent fee for the last six months but all in all an apartment is an apartment.
The area is sketchy I had my car broke into once, in daylight wrote a police report. Then we received a letter a month ago 11/19 about not walking around on the premises after dark alone, few of my neighbors said there have been altercations.
After move out

New staff is great maintenance is great too. The complex is much cleaner and looks maintained. The riffraff is moving out quickly it was getting pretty scary for a few months. The new ladies are doing a great job getting those bad tenants out and taking care of any problems. Its going to be a nice place to live again.

Just go there and it will be the big mistake you have ever done at all your life. Since the new trash management (Gracelia & Zuri ) came they deal with people nothing but rude. THEY ARE THIEVES BUT IN DIFFERENT APPEARANCE. try to get your money in several ways , when my leasing contract is about to month to end i went to the office meeting THE SNAKE Gracelia and give her an ORAL notice that I want to move , same notice I gave her the next month , and finally 15 days remaining to leave these ugly faces i went to the office to say goooooogdbye forever and i am shocked when Gracelia denied my notice
