When this complex was managed by Pinnacle, it was very well operated. The management was very helpful and organized. Phone calls were answered or returned quickly and the office was staffed by at least one person if another had to vacate the office. A few months after I moved in, Greystar took over. All of the employees from Pinnacle were removed. The staff that took over was not nearly as professional. They rarely answer the phone. The office is locked and vacant most of the time. They say it's because of the pandemic but they've been doing this since before the pandemic. Their lack of care for

I love my apartment. The property is well maintained. The apartment itself is in great condition. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff is responsive, especially Cieara! I have only just put in my first maintenance request so I can't speak to that yet, but everything else has been great. I'm very happy with my experience so far (move in was end of September).

I feel like a lot of people give reviews only when they are mad or unhappy in the moment, which seems unfair. I have lived here for going on 5 years now. I have been through the management change and had no issues. I keep to myself, pay my rent on time; and don’t have crazy expectations above and beyond the normal. The maintenance is always courteous and responsive. The office staff never leaves me hanging and always either answers or returns my calls or emails. They are always very professional and kind. The apartment itself is in wonderful condition even after 5 years. The neighbors are friendly

I am in LOVE with this apartment complex.
My two dogs have best friends that we visit everyday at the dog park. We have a amazing place here along with many new friends.
Office staff is great very friendly and great coffee in the office.
Work orders are finish very quickly.
They also have a lot of resident events!
My boyfriend and I love our spacious apartment!

This property management LACKS esp being courteous to residents. My move-out experience was highly unpleasant, which was disappointing considering I was a long-time resident who paid rent promptly & sufficiently maintained the apartment & environs. Taylor in particular is curt and downright rude! Despite confirming with her a few times re: the final walk-through appt time, she was late. When she did show up, she was NOT apologetic, barely spoke, WITH ATTITUDE, especially when I asked questions re: move-out payment process. By this time I had already paid all related fees to the early termination
