Park Place Apartments

HORRIBLE!!!! infested with rats have holes in my wall from where the rats were digging carpets torn from the rats ive bearly moved in a month ago...

My family and I have lived her for 2 years now and we love it here. It's an older apartment but the staff keeps it nice and clean. The apartments are always quite which I love. The laundry is great. I don't mind washing clothes now bc the laundry room has cable and ac. The playground is new and it's big and the pool is nice too.

Saw this complex last minute and have been looking around but so far I came back to here. Awesome people had an issue with something on my credit willing to work with me. Nice quiet place. Was quoted a price sounded awesome but was offered a product that did bring my rent up higher than I expected but will be worth it. Can’t wait to move in my first apartment. The way that Janai treated me was nothing short of exceptional. From the time I arrived she was very courteous and prompt to answer all my questions. She has great knowledge of the surrounding area and was eager to help me get familiar and situated. The whole staff in general was very welcoming and that’s something that I look for when looking for a place to rent. Thanks for all your help!

Just moved in a month ago.The property is clean and quiet. The staff is great! And I love that I don’t have to pay for a carport or cable.

Beautiful property and amazing staff! The property looks small ,cozy and very well maintained. Its also conveniently close to restaurants and a shopping center. If you tour this property make sure to ask for Candy or Janai. They have great customer service !

I transferred from Amber Oaks to Park place been here for 7 months now The entire staff is very professional and give amazing customer service they are very welcoming and understanding. Pricing is amazing I just love it and they work they hardest to work with you in any situation. If you need a home for you or your family contact them and ask for Janai Jessica or Candy they will take care of you.

We are on our second year living here and the first day we moved in they told us the carpet had been replaced which it wasn’t because it still had stains and was moist from just being shampoo. Also they told us they had taken care of a flea problem we had from the previous tenants who had a cat and they didn’t. I had to call my own pest control to take care of the problem because my kids had flea bites all over their legs. I also had to throw out my rug because of the infestation.
