We stayed here in may and really enjoyed ourselves. Private access to the beach, beautiful rooms, easy access to all amenities, friendly staff and guest. This will be our new destination stop when we are visiting Panama City Beach! Room rates where reasonable. We had to book last minute due to our previous condo shutting due to covid the week prior. Gulf Gate understood the situation and was able to get us in quickly. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quiet vacation spot with beautiful views÷

OK, you can look at the pictures and tell this place is dated. I really never cared, I've been three times and I'm going back my fourth time this summer. It's really nothing fancy but the view is great, the pool is covered in case you've just had enough sun for the day. The Condos have a few issues but it's also about the cheapest two bedroom condo in PCB I can find. It's low rise, so there are not thousands of people staying there so there is always plenty of room on the beach. You can look down the beach at the high-rise hotels and know that they are fighting for their little piece of the beach

The quiter end of Panama City Beach. We love it. This isn't one of those 25 story condo buildings. It's just 5 stories and right on the beach. Not too crowded and the pool deck is only about 30 yards from the gulf. Anthony is the chair dude on the beach. He's been doing it for 35 years. 1, 2, and 3br condos at super nightly rates. Very nice.

Loved our stay here! We stayed in 309 And loved our view of the beach and were only a few short steps from the sand and surf. Ms Donna was super sweet and helpful with booking and checking in; she made it easy for us even though we were a late check in; she even had brochures and map waiting for us in our condo ! Loved the shopping in this area and the movie theater was awesome! Great reasonably priced clean comfy beach front room! Thanks again Ms Donna!
