I recommend Highlands Point Apartments and can not say enough about the Assistant Manager, Patricia! She is AMAZING and always goes above and beyond to make sure tenant's needs are taken care of timely and efficiently!
Management and the office staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Maintenance crew is exceptional too!

I was stressed about the process of having to move out being at my location for 6 years. Things aren't the same as they were and with rent soaring in the Bay Area, I was nonetheless discouraged. I stumbled upon Highlands Point via Craigslist and couldn't believe the price and location. I eagerly responded to the add and received an immediate response from Patricia.
I scheduled a tour and fell in love. Patricia made the process super easy and seamless! She was so responsive and attentive that my dread of having to find a place, apply, and move, was made that much easier thanks to her

I highly recommend considering living here at highlands point. The community is so safe and the staff here is amazing all the way from the staff that helps with the process of moving in to maintenance. Patricia made the move in process for my boyfriend and I so so easy and communication with her was so easy and quick to respond and help with any questions. Maintenance is right there to fix something if needed within 10 mins and always checks the little things in our apartment just to make sure everything looks good. We couldn't have choose a better place to live!

We just moved here 3 months ago, I was waiting for 9 months till I got 3 bedrooms apartment that wasn't easy everyday running for paper works, but it works perfectly. Patricia Stinson was the one who helped me with every single paper and I really appreciate her hard work with me she is the best.

My review is for the superior customer service and professionalism that I experienced while working with the Assistant Community Manager Patricia Stinson. Patricia was great from the beginning to the end of my transaction. She was available when I had questions or needed any assistance. I'm moving in my apartment soon, I would highly recommend Patricia and her team including Scott who was always a pleasure whether on the phone or in person. So long story short I apply to Highlands point Apartments I received a call back saying that they had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom available for move in. Whom ever I was speaking to told me they had 2bedroom 2bathroom available as well, she started asking about my income and how many people are gonna be living in the apartment I told her just 2 people I also told her I have housing assistance/ Section 8 she Immediately asked can she put me on hold which was like a second then got back on the phone and said that they do accept housing assistance/section 8 but they don't any available units for

I have lived here for a few years now. When I first moved in I was impressed how will they maintained the complex and that is what drew me in. They used to power wash the stairways, hallways, and outside the buildings. I don't know the last time they did that, it's been over 2 years for sure. Like every other comment here parking is a joke, if you pay extra for a garage you are fine and have a space. Make sure you don't have a social life because you wont find parking for sure. I think the community needs to sign a petition and complain. We pay rent and we don't get a parking

My son and I have been living here for the last 5 1/2 years. The office staff is amazing. Patricia is quick to respond and whenever I have popped in I've always walked away with an answer to my question. The maintenance staff is also great. They are quick to fix problems and really friendly. My hot water went out after 5 on a Friday and it was fixed within the hour.
Parking fluctuates depending on how many cars belong to each apartment but I have been able to find a spot in the complex over the last 3 years.
It's fairly quiet as far as apartments go. I wish I could give 4 1

This review is based on treatment of the management. The apartment complex is in a gorgeous area but needs to be remodeled on the inside; as it looks very outdated.
Management here is something else, as they were filtering my calls. The chubby lady is extremely lazy, didn’t even want to show us units!!!!!!!! The other girl who was her assistant even worse with plenty of attitude...I felt discriminated by both of them.
Who hired these unskilled people? They should be fired literally....

I have lived here for a few years and it's been great until recently. The maintenance folks are pretty awesome, always there when you call. Patricia has been great and if I ever need anything I always call her.
Yes parking is a pain so I've had to pay extra for a garage and because of that I rarely invite people over. It's embarrassing to have to tell them to park a block away.

I was there today to see a few different floor plans, but the lady working there was not very friendly. She was annoyed we came and told me she could only show us one apartment. She said the others were not available, but the website showed availability. When I told her that she just stayed quiet. Seemed like she didn't want to do the work.
It was a turn off and I decided not to rent there. Additionally the apartment didn't have much natural light and space was tight.

Terrible!! The management don’t know what they are doing, they are very rude to adults and kids and they have terrible parking issues. Good luck finding a parking spot after 7pm. Who is the triple butt woman running the office? Is she even even legal? How unprofessional to employ someone like that! Shame on you!

My rating is entirely based on the treatment by the management, I got fooled by the ratings on Apartments.com, please do your due diligence and check google reviews as well to see the real picture. I moved with the intention to live for 6 months. Initially they make you sign a 50 page lease document(I'm not kidding, it's exactly 50 pages). Then 45 days prior to moving out I get a notice saying the last day to inform them if I plan to move out is 15 days prior to the lease end date. When I go there 15 days prior to lease end date they said its 30 days notice. I don't get why was I sent an incorrect

Guest Parking here is horrible! I could never find a parking spot when visiting family in my 20-30 visits. Just horrible planning by management. Everyone I have talked to says the same thing about the parking.
Unfortunately, there's also no street parking available so good luck finding a parking spot.

I recently moved here March 8 to be exact I thought this place was really beautiful for me to raise my twin boys there are a couple of things I can say about these apartments for one there's no assigned parking so if you come home anytime after 7 PM you might not find a park secondly if you have guess they must arrive before 2 PM for them to get a guest parking if not they car will be towed the first night I stayed here my mom spent the night with me to wake up the next morning with her car towed which I had to pay $330 that I didn't have like I said it's Beautiful place to raise kids but for you

I moved to Highlands Point 1 month ago and I'm very grateful their office staff's help specially Patricia. She has been super professional throughout the application & move in process. I'm enjoying my spacious 1 bedroom apartment which has the luxuries of a dishwasher & washer/dryer.
I appreciate the whole experience so much that I've already referred a friend and he has recently moved in. Highly highly recommend them!
