First time there; I wanted to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced.
Customer service was quick and thorough. He checked to make sure he had the screen in stock, gave me the very reasonable price, and to my surprise, told me it would be less than an hour. I came back within the hour it was done and waiting for me and the touchscreen is working perfectly.
I’ll be a returning customer!

Got my Iphone 10XR repaired here. Took about 45 mins to an hour and its flawless. Their screen repairs are cheaper than apple and excellent service. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing their gadgets fixed. Employees are super nice and helpful. Definitely will come back if i need another repair.

I brought my grand daughter's phone in with a cracked screen. They said they ordered a screen. They said it would be in in 4 days. It did come in but when they disassembled the phone, they destroyed the battery.
No contact from the shop. I went in and asked about the phone and was told that a part was in transit and they would call me ASAP.
Well, I got a call from a tech after the shop closed asking ME to contact my carrier for the exact phone model ID. Being a professional shop they should be able to find the information.
Once I get my phone back, I'll not go back and will not recommend

I knew about this store when they were in the previous location. They fixed my mom's cellphone and experience was great. Yesterday, I brought in my laptop at 10am to have a broken headphone jack removed. I received a call around 4pm to pick it up. My laptop speaker working again! Paid for a good price. If you bring something to have it fixed, just be ready to pay whatever cost because they won't be able to give you exact amount in case a part needs to be replaced. Overall, service was good!

I took my Samsung pad to this place because the speaker was not working. After a week they called me to pick it up, it was fixed. When I got there I turned it up and it had no audio. The technician told that was because no W-Fi in the store. I went outside got W-Fi and still the audio did not worked. I went into the store then the technician said I need a new battery $30. They should had told me when they called me to pick it up, that I need a new battery in order for the speaker to work. I left very upset and called and I told them they should had tested before calling me saying it was ready

I called this business when I cracked my cell phone screen and needed a screen replacement. I dropped off my phone on Wednesday. They ordered the part and when installed, it shorted out, so they had to order another one, keeping my phone in the process (I understand that). I asked them to have it sent over night (because they were not able to give me my phone or a replacement one) but that didn't happen. I have Iphone 10 , the batter swells up , the screen pops out and had a vertical lines. I called apple and they told me it will cost me $540 to change the battery, I googled repair iphone and ifix came up, called them and ask how much to fix my phone, lot cheaper than apple, so I went to the store and they fixed my phone! Took the phone in for a cracked screen, it was fixed the same day- which was nice. However, after a few hours of use, the screen would pop in and out of frame with light pressure. Took the phone back, initially the owner attempted to imply it was something I must have done to it. They then did a suboptimal repair of the problem, the screen is still partially unstable in the frame. He stated he wouldn't have the part to replace it for several hours, I took the phone and parted ways. Will not be returning, nor will anyone I know.

Don't fall for thinking it's cheaper than going to Apple! I spent $189 for a new screen, tempered glass and a cell case. He didn't even give me a receipt outlining how much each thing cost. My phone worked for a week then all the sudden I couldn't hear people speaking and people couldn't hear me! I took it to AT&T and they tried everything to fix it and couldn't. They suggested I file a claim (not sure if it would've worked to do a claim because it was a third party who fixed cracked screen). I took it to Apple, the reason I couldn't hear etc was

Took IPhone in for a crack screen and they replaced for $80.00. The very next day after the repair the screen had popped off a little bit and the screen was cracked. Apparently they bent the housing while doing the repair which caused the glass screen to lift up and crack. Took the phone back immediately and their response was: You must have dropped the phone and caused the damage but we will be nice and repair it for another $40.00. Do yourself a favor and take your phone to 10,000 Cell Phones (their price is cheaper,too). IFix, will rob you blind, not fix the problem and then insult your intelligence

Excellent customer service my SIM card was stuck inside my iPhone 6 and my sim tray was broken.. not only did he get the SIM card out of my phone he also gave me a sim tray free of charge. Highly recommend taking any electronic issues to I fix and I cell Apple wanted to charge me an outrageous price for this small issue..

I was lied to immediately upon walking through the door. I asked if they would be installing a GENUINE OEM screen on my iPhone and the salesman said "yes, they're genuine". I wait for the repair to be completed and they bring it out and immediately I notice issues. The screen's hues/colors are off and cannot even be calibrated under accessibility settings and on top of that, the brightness is nowhere near where it's supposed to be. Quoted $20 for inspection. It's been blocked by a virus for over a year from opening all the way.
Called and said power supply was out and needed a new one , quoted $89 for part . I agreed . Took about a week to get the part and called when it was done .

Firstly this business shows no proffesionalism. I took in my phone to get the screen replaced solely because the digitizer wasnt working. As a certified repair tech i could have fixed it myself but i would have had to wait several days for the part to come in and i needed my phone fast. They broke my iPhone when changing the battery and refuse to take responsibility for it. They blamed it on Apple and told me they will try to get Apple to get me a new phone. It turned out later that it was all a lie because they never contacted apple. They told me this lie just to get me to go away and stop complaining. What is disturbing was that every person at the store knew the lie and they acted like it was real every time I showed up to ask what is happening. It is like they practiced this scheme and have done it before to other people.

I went home and something came loose inside it, he said it had been dropped in past and taking the screen off logged the item loose.(lol) I came back and they fixed it without any problems .. After a visit with my son, I laid my iPhone on top of my car to change into a pair of flip flops. Recently bought a used Samsung Galaxy S4 from then and the minute I took it home and plugged it in the official samsung software asked me for an update. I updated the phone to the most recent software and the WIFI and Bluetooth stopped morning. I called them and took the phone back and they took over 24 hours to get back to me. They got back to me saying that the phone got bricked during the update process and they tried to blame it on me. They would not refund my money and recommended I contact Samsung. Absolutely ridiculous. $380 wasted.

I went to here this past Sunday to have my phone repaired, the first screen they put on my phone was bad and went dead in just 5 minutes after getting the phone back. They then replaced the screen again but this time all of my photos were missing. I took the phone to Apple and they stated they corrupted something in the phone during the reboot process and I need a new phone and hopefully I will be able to recover my photos from the iCloud.
