Great service product and value. First time I called we were unable to use our printer and a couple of other issues and they came out straight away and got his back up and running very quickly at a very reasonable cost. Also I had a new hard drive fitted at a later date again great service. Highly recommend them

I own a business down the road from Computer Corner. I had an issue with the computer that runs my entire business, I called Michael up in a panic and he was here in no time, took my tower and was back with the issue solved. Michael wouldn't give me a bill! Just wanted to make sure I was up and running. You don't find too many good people out there. I can't thank him enough for taking my stress away so quickly. This small business became my go-to place for all things computer overnight. I called with a problem concerning my laptop. They were quite busy and I thought it might take about a week to get the issue taken care of. I took it in yesterday and got a call today... it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I was a tech director at a university graduate school, have since retired and the field changes faster than I can keep up with. Computer corner is staffed with exceptional talent. My computer died during a bios update when I was vacationing in Florida. Alex and Michael were great - they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, fixed it, troubleshooted through a bitlocker problem, got my computer working perfectly again and shipped it back to my in NY. They were responsive throughout and their service is great value for money.

Kept getting dropped from Zoom calls for work. My WiFi was not strong enough to reach to my office. Michael came to my house, assessed the situation and recommended an ethernet extender through the power system. Low cost, easy to implement and it works great! Also trust Michael with repairs to my husband's laptop. Would recommend Michael for ANY computer problems you may have.

Michael was great. I talked on the phone about my computer problem, which I could not resolve, and he told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. I took my computer to Michael and he did exactly what he said he would do at a very fair price. I give this business my top recommendation. Michael also seemed like a very nice man. My MacBook Air would not start up. Michael at Computer Corner was able to get it to start up one time, enough to do a backup of all my data.
We determined it would be more cost effective to purchase a new MacBook versus repairing my current one.
With my new MacBook in hand, and the backup that Michael was able to provide, all is well.

We had an excellent remote-access session with Michael, for some overdue housekeeping on both our Mac and PC. Really appreciated finding a resource for general "IT guy" chores, since becoming self-employed vs. company-provided IT support. It seems that most businesses of this kind are focused on repairs or contracting for a large business. That's all fine, but sometimes home-based businesses just need an expert to do software-related maintenance. Computer Corner was flexible enough to provide what we needed. Will definitely call them again in the future.
