As we stood in line add Geek Squad for over an hour and they continue to take patrons that had not signed in and made an appointment I Googled computer help and found the best find of the day! Knowing that his day was almost over and that it was going to eat into his downtime, Dennis took the time to go over everything on our computer, fix the issues and restore the confidence that I had to go on conducting our business. I just couldn't get my new computer to download everything I had on the old computer. I had used Computer Tech before, so I called Dennis. I ended up bring the new, and old computer to his shop. Needless to say, I left there with a working computer. Dennis even called after the appointment to see if I had any issues with installing the printer. I am a happy, repeat customer. They have my recommendation.
