I needed a new power button for my husbands phone. It was jammed and clearly broken, yet I was charged for a “diagnosis fee” when you already know what’s wrong you can clearly see it. I was told I would be called back with what they found from the “diagnosis” and was told it was 129 for the housing of the button over the phone that needed replaced by the woman I spoke with. Did great on my screen repair however terrible on the battery job.. went there 3 times for them to figure out why it kept dying and they said might have to send it away for a proper testing for $150.. I finally got fed up and went to another repair shop turns out they didn’t even put the battery in right, just loose in the phone😭. Just letting everyone know cause had I seen they did bad battery jobs in the Reviews I would’ve went somewhere else... great screen repair though and they were very nice and friendly

EDIT: I just want to point out to everyone reading how the business chose to respond. They think that there isn't a computer repair shop that is right across the street, and that the aforementioned shop quoted me a cheaper price the day before I went to Gizmo Depot after a month of waiting for them to fix my laptop and told them that they have a week to fix my laptop, or I would be taking the screen I paid for, and the laptop and going somewhere else. A petty response from a fly by night company. Hope everyone takes notice.

Had an iPhone SE that I dropped and broke both the screen and display. The metal shell was also dented in the corner. The cost to repair both was $99 total. Then I added a tempered glass screen protector. They also pulled out the dent (it left scratches but I expected it would). My total was $149.99. They had it done in about 3 hours. So much better than buying a new phone.

Went to store at 11:00 left phone for new screen. Told to come back at 3:00. Arrived at 3:00 told phone would be another 30 minutes. Waited close to hour. Came out and said battery was dead. I asked how much for new battery told 59.00. I said no it's not my phone. She went to back came out 20 minutes later couldn't ring up order had to go to back. Told me price for screen plus battery. I said I didn't want battery. She had to go take it out another 20 minutes came back. Another employee took her cash register told her to use another one. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I went there to get my LCD screen fixed on my iPhone 11 promax. I was told $350 for a new screen. So they put the new screen in and now my phone says every time I open it there's not a genuine Apple screen. On top of that I had the phone in my car And the heat Apparently cracked the screen only a few hours after being repaired. I returned to ask them why it cracked in the heat and they need to fix it and they refused. I would not use them for your repair. I took a Mac laptop in to have a speaker connector installed. They charged me a diagnostic fee even though I told them that all I wanted was the speaker connector replaced. I paid the fee and waited a month for them to call me about the cost of the installation. After a month I called them and left a number but they never returned the call. I called again and got someone and they let me know that it was going to cost $149 because there was going to be some soldering which would've been four leads on the connector. My wife's iPhone 7s was dropped and the screen shattered. I googled the nearest repair shop and it directed me here. I checked them out on Yelp and decided to give them my business......and I'm glad I did. My Samsung S9's screen was cracked. I went on-line and read the reviews, got a quote, and set an appointment for the next day. The shop is neat and organized. They do repair of phones, tablets, and TVs. I left my phone and they called to say it was ready which was right on the time that they quoted. Totally delighted and highly recommended.

From now on this is the only place I will go to if I have an issue with my phone. I have an iPhone 7 and the screen was cracked. Every place I called it was $100 and up which is just ridiculous. I finally called Gizmo Depot and spoke to Na, and I was quoted a reasonable price. Na is so nice and professional. I recently retired to the Villages and am " new - technology " challenged. I had my I Phone repaired about eight months ago and the cost was very reasonable and the service was quick and courteous. Since then, I have stopped in three times. All three times I had rather simple problems that Na fixed on the spot without charge.Today was my third time back and I felt guilty when she refused to charge me. I had a Samsung Galaxy s3 with a dead power port. I checked around to see if it was worth fixing and found Repair Wireless only 10 minutes from my home in The Villages, Florida! If you have a broken smart phone and live in Leesburg, Lady Lake, or The Villages, this is the place for you. The owner has a little repair room set up in the back, with a big magnifying glass and all kinds of tiny little tools to take care of all problems with your iPhone or other device. I brought them my iPhone five, with a shattered screen. The glass was literally in 200 pieces. I was told by another store with a fruit themed name, that it was the worst damaged screen they had ever seen and could not be repaired because there was also damage to the metal ring that surrounds the screen.
