The staff can't seem to follow simple instructions for a sandwich like toasting a bagel. Tuna melt on a toasted bagel isnt hard. The bagel being toasted gives a nice crunch and keeps the sandwich from being ripped a part when eating it. I am continuously disappointed with this bagel place. Do your self a favor don't go here

I honestly wish I could give them no stars. They have absolutely gone downhill. The last 6-7 orders I've made have been wrong. I'm fed up. I said I was done after the last time. They made my food COMPLETELY WRONG and different than what I asked for. I was taking care of my dying grandfather. It was 2pm and I hadn't eaten yet that day. I was frustrated, angry, and hungry, all to get my food, get home, and find it was totally wrong. I return to get the order corrected at about 2:45, they close at 3. They told me the grill was done for the day, and that all they could do was make me

I'm giving Kinnelon Bagels 1 star for a very specific reason: they use a fake butter / oil butter blend product but they call it butter. And I specifically asked if they use "real, regular butter not a butter spread product" and the person helping me said yes, it's real butter. What I got on my bagel was a tasteless oily spread that was nothing close to butter. The worse part is that I have a sensitivity to some oils like canola oil, etc. and although it's not a serious allergy it meant that my throat was itchy for a few hours after trying the bagel.
My advice? Use whatever

Been coming here since I was a little girl and although I'm sure it's probably changed owners in those years, the bagels have always remained consistently good here. Prices are standard and workers are friendly and work quickly. Located in Meadtown Shopping Center so there's plenty of parking. I usually call ahead and it's always ready for pick up when I arrive. It saves time during morning rush hour. Solid bagels and sandwiches in this area so I'll keep coming back.

Today, We ordered 2 bagels with lox spread at $4.00 per bagel. When we got home we found that The amount of spread barely covers the bagel. I called to complain and asked for a store credit. I was told that's the amount they use. When I said this was never the amount in the past, she hung up on me. I called back and said that someone hung up and she hung up again!
I guess we're going someplace else from now on. Too bad we've been getting great bagels there for 15 years! I think they changed owners.

Awful. Don't know why we order from here. Paid for a bagel with butter, with no butter? Hash browns were literally just oil that seeped through two bags and probably into the delivery driver's car. They took a handful of actually decent items off their menu. The bagels themselves are nothing to write home about.

The food is ok, but never door dash from this location. The manager tried to make it right I will give them that. But when you call to try to figure out why your order is wrong the girl that answers the phone hangs up on you and continues not to answer the phone like a two year old.

This is the best place not only for bagels and sandwiches but for the best customer service with phenomenal people! Shannon not only took care of my last minute catering order, she made sure that the food was of the best quality and added a greatly appreciated personal touch!

Been here numerous times...ask for a well done toasted bagel..walk out with the bag..usually either not toasted at all or hardly toasted...what is so hard about listening to what the customer orders and ACTUALLY doing it...

They have good bagels & breakfast sandwiches, I feel like they're a bit pricy, that being said I will only go here if I see Becky working at the counter because she's always very kind & personable, the one older woman who works there has been pretty rude and abrasive to me in the past after getting my order wrong & I don't need all the negativity while I'm trying to eat a bagel, so I'll drive a minute out of the parking lot to the other deli if I see the rude one. But food and quality wise I like how clean this place always is, the food is fresh, it's

The shop is very big and clean and the staff was pleasant. I wondered why there weren't more people there since the roads were busy and it seemed lots of people were enjoying the warm weather in Sussex county. Probably because the food is low quality! The bread on my sandwich was so stale/dry that I removed it and only ate the inside of my sandwich. Tasted like I how imagine cardboard would taste. Disappointed in the quality =[

This place was so rude that I felt the need to download this app and write a review,
I went in and asked for a bagel with Taylor ham egg and cheese and the eggs over well,
When I noticed the cook break up the eggs I said excuse me but that's not over well, The cook said no problem I'll make you to new eggs I said thank you.

Then the girl behind the counter said next time you come we only make eggs one way, we are a bagel shop, so dont come in expecting special ways of cooking this is not a diner.

Not to mention the fact that last time I went to this place they gave me undercooked

$18 for 2 sandwiches... ham and lettuce, and turkey both on bagels. Hardly any meat on them.
A very clean place, but not worth $9 a sandwich.

Bagels are fine. Ability to fill an order accurately continues to be a challenge. It is likely my fault as I repeatedly reload my optimism each time I walk in, only to catch one in the junk when I open the bag. Ugh. G&A is way too close for this to continue.

The menu pricing is somewhat misleading! It lists bagel - $1.00 and underneath, cream cheese - $2.50. I assumed it meant a bagel with cream cheese would be $2.50, which is pretty reasonable, but imagine my surprise when my single bagel with cream cheese comes out to $3.99?

I'm from LA and I didn't expect to see LA pricing like this in what I thought would be a homey east coast bagel place. At least clarify on the menu that it's JUST a shmear of cream cheese that your $2.50 is going towards. Because seriously no one would buy just a dollop of cream cheese on its own for $2.50, right

Stopped in the other day. Ordered a toasted onion and butter. I've had much better elsewhere. The bagel, was more like a large roll. The "house blend" coffee was a bit too thin for me.

Still, friendly, quick service. Seems to be very poular with the lunch crowd. A line was just forming as I was leaving. Will look elsewhere for carbs next time I'm in the area.
