The Mindful Cafe

Love this place! Great vibes, the staff is very kind and friendly and everything I've tried has been delicious! I even brought some family members who are pretty tough critics when it comes to the type of food that I like (I'm vegan and am always seeking out fresh, whole food options) and they loved it too. They even ordered duplicates of their meals to bring home. I work remotely and I'm excited to start coming here to work, such a nice environment. Also the smoothies are absolutely perfect.

Great healthy place. Have to double check they actually make the order as requested but I’m happy about the quality of their food!

This cafe is the best place I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly and I love that it's women owned. They have a great outdoor seating area with heaters and I loved the apothecary with all natural products made by small business'. If you want a small business to support while also getting a great meal this is the place!

Good food, Good service. Indoor space is eclectic....and great outdoor space in the front. Coffee is very good. I parrial to the Buffalo Chicken Panini

Portions are small compared to the price. And they do not properly communicate with delivery people which caused them to not delivery my smoothie! Very upsetting, and I unfortunately will not be returning

Pretty good cafe in downtown Ramsey. They have a pretty wide selection of breakfast and lunch options. If you order later in the day they run out of some items. The coffee is pretty good and the staff are friendly. Some of the salads and bowls could use a little more flavor.

Such a cute spot!! Right in downtown Ramsey easy walking to all the other stores here. Amazing decor, awesome veggie and non veggie options. The whole menu looks awesome and I can't wait to try EVERYTHING on the menu!!

I’m sure the food is good after reading all the reviews but they’re severely under staffed and after waiting over 1 hour we decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere and many others did the same. They can use weekend extra helper in the kitchen and/or front of the restaurant.

This place is actually the cutest place in Jersey! The friendliest owner and staff. The food is also amazing, so many great organic options. They did an awesome job setting up the outdoor space as well, for anyone who still feels on edge about indoor dining. 10/10 would recommend.

So happy to find a place with healthy food beautifully prepared. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed the comfortable outdoor seating.

Ordered an "Organic" burrito bowl with Chicken and asked for brown rice. They said that if I ordered the bowl with brown rice it wouldn't come with the beans or peppers or anything because they make a pre-made mix of white rice and the other items. I opted for the white rice and basically paid $17 for white rice and black bean mush topped with lettuce tomatoes and onions. They wanted an extra $2.50 for sour cream. No thanks. I would've gotten a better meal at Chipotle.

I went with my family of 7 and it took them a very long time to give us our order and the servers were a little rude to us. The food was not that tasty and it was very pricey for what I received. I would not go again.

Been here pre COVID and after. They are professionals and totally know what they are doing! It was my perfect solution for my son to get something yummy to eat while getting tutoring in multiple subjects. He's grown and I'm grateful for what the Mindful Cafe has offered. Really impressed compared to just one tutor. They fill all sorts of needs. Thank you Lynn for helping us find our way!!

Super clean, contemporary setting. Social distancing is enforced. Ordered chicken salad sandwich and avocado, tomato, cucumber sandwich. Absolutely heavenly, consistent and refreshing. I would definitely come back for more and recommend my fellow yelpers and food aficionados to try this place arleat once.

Burrito was very bland, no seasoning. Paid $2.50 extra for the guac which was 2 tablespoons in a tiny plastic container. The harvest bowl was also bland and had no type of dressing. I don't mind paying a premium for higher quality, healthy ingredients/food, but that was a very disappointing $30 spent. Open up the spice cabinet and get the flavors flowing. Healthy food doesn't have to be boring. On a positive note, the chocolate berry tart was quite yummy.

Great coffee spot. I definitely see myself visiting frequently. The outdoor seating they offer right now is nicely set up. This would be a great place to come to and meet up with friends or even do homework if you are a student. They offer free WiFi which is great. A cool addition to Ramsey.

The energy is really positive and productive in the space, and social distancing is well enforced without sacrificing too much seating capacity.

Every time I walk in here it makes me happy! The staff is super friendly, the food is super super fresh and I love all the windows! I think its interesting that a cafe offers so many different workshops in their back studios. I'm a fan! Oh and it smells really good in there too, like cookies!!!

Such a shame. I really wanted this place to be everything it looked like it could be. Nice outdoor seating, attractive interior design, but the food was awful. I ordered a breakfast burrito which came with egg and hash brown... that's it. I highly doubt any of it was organic. The burrito was tiny, pre-made and thrown in the microwave behind the counter. My girlfriend ordered an Açaí bowl which was watery and flavorless. Looks like the owner really cheaped out with this place.

This is a wonderful little cafe! I particularly love that most of their items are organic. It's really cute inside and they have a cozy inviting outside seating area as well. It's a great addition to the town!

In a town with way too many fast food restaurants this is a FIND!
Everything on the menu is organic! I have a problem getting past the TLTs (tempeh bacon , lettuce, tomato and lemon aioli). They are addictive. But also the salads are really fresh. When I ordered a panini it was on Balthazar bread so that just made it all the better. I am also in love with the desserts because they are made there and 90% are gluten free! YES! So I can still have a full lunch and a sweet and not feel like I have to sleep it off! There is also a HUGE
