Exceptional food and service the owner Ester came over several times and we met the chef
We highly recommend it and make reservations we went in Friday night and the restaurant was really busy. We sat in the brick room which is very nice and warm. The waitress Catrina couldn’t of been better but the food was amazing. Great experience

Absolutely, would not recommend.
It was so bad I want to give zero stars, but that’s not possible. So, I give it one star.
I wish I could base this review on the food, however I was not seated.
On January 17th my boyfriend made a reservation via Open Table for 6:15 on 01/22/2022. Upon arrival Esther, the owner, was struggling to find our reservation.
My boyfriend showed her the confirmation message from Open Table that showed we indeed reserved our table with hopes to make her search easier. “It was cancelled,” Esther said.
Of course we were confused because we just showed her the confirmation

There is a definite difference with the new owners. Have been a customer for years so I am not a new customer. I ordered my favorite dish the sea food with pasta. The shrimp and the fish was over cooked and there was so much sauce it was soupy. Very small portion of pasta. My son ordered the veal and again his portion was extremely small. Introduced myself to the new owner. She never once came over and asked if our meal was good.
Not the same La Lanterna that is for sure!

Nice to see this family run restaurant survive the pandemic. I got their chicken over Broccoli Rob and it was delicious. Four stars because the interior is ok and it took a bit to get the staffs attention when we needed them. Wanted the check and that took me about 15 minutes to wave our waiter down.
Prices were ok. You can see they spiked up a bit after the pandemic, but you’d have to expect that while they try to get their feet back on the ground.
I’d go again. :)

We had two orders. One of Chicken Francese. This was fine. We also ordered short ribs of beef which is usually served on the bone. It was served in 5 small chunks and tasted freezer burned and slightly spoiled. My wife order the Chicken Francese over penne. It was served with a side order of penne with marinara sauce instead. The portions were small and over priced. But the deserts were good. The service was excellent. There are new owners maybe they will get right in the future. Currently not worth the money.
