Services
Rachel graduated from Creighton University with her BA in psychology in 2005. She earned her MS in counseling from Bellevue University, graduating in 2008. Rachel began her career working with young children and adolescents before broadening her practice to include adult mental health and substance use clients.
Patient Information Form (Patient Permission To Disclose, Treatment Agreement, Consent to Release Information to Physician, Privacy Notice and Personal Medication). Psychiatric Services, PC is implementing a new policy that all patients under the age of nineteen must have a credit card on file as all copayments, deductibles and coinsurance is due at the time of service.

I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience.I’ve found them both to be helpful. The office staff and especially the individual staff secretaries have been personable and some are even very warm. My only complaint is that it can sometimes take a long time to get an appointment. They do not like it when you skip an appointment without notice (oops, forgot) but that’s just common courtesy.

I am really disappointed. I had a great first meeting with Dr. McGovern. I really think she could help me. Until I got a $450 bill for my intake session, one hour. They wanted to collect it from me before my follow up three weeks later. Needless to say, with my high deductible, there is no hope of receiving treatment here. $450 for my first hour...REALLY? No disclosure of the fees ahead of time. I was expecting it to be half that.

I have been coming to this office for a number of years and have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Sedlacek is amazing. He is so knowledgeable about medication options and treatments. I really love his assistant Emily as well. They are both very diligent about returning phone calls and following up. Highly recommend!

It's really unfortunate that I have two family members needing psych care as they are new to the area. Due to unfortunate circumstances, they have had to reschedule twice-once due to illness and the second work would not let them off due to being short staffed that day. they are not rescheduling these appointments just days in advance-its weeks. To be even more clear the second appt was not until end of september. In this world we are in right now, mental health is even more important and finding mental health care in this area is difficult due to lack of providers. I myself work in a medicail

Just called to talk with my therapist because I have been having some anxiety/depression from moving states and moving away from family and just needed to talk to my therapist and the office manager refused me the right to see my therapist because I moved out of state. When I am in a condition to where I am calling to receive mental help, and the office manager Cheri called me a liar and refused to schedule me or even let me talk to my therapist and she talked to me so badly when I was already not in a good state. How can an office let someone who works with people with mental health issues treat

I just witnessed my friend in a critical state of mind trying to reach her therapist. She was lied to by Sherri, whom claimed to be the office manager, that they as a practice do not allow for telehealth chat across states. My friend was told at a previous session with her counselor that there would be no issue.
Sherri was extremely argumentative, did not fax patient records at the request of the patient, did not sympathize with the critical position my friend was in.
It is completely unfathomable that a woman with this abhorrent demeanor would even be in the position she has considering that

The lady at the front desk was very VERY rude ! I called because I was referred to this clinic by my doctor. But since I had an insurance (that they take) she told me to figure it out on my own, because she didn’t want to scan it in . I’d honestly give this place a 0 if I could. I didn’t get a chance to meet the doctors here , which is a shame. But the front desk is straight toxic and I’m very disgusted by how they handled our conversation today. Oh, but the best part of this experience would’ve been when the receptionist got done talking down to me, she just hung up on me . So in conclusion
