Psychiatry is the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. All new patients will be asked a few screening questions before an appointment can be scheduled. New patients will be contacted directly with a response and only then given further directions on how to proceed in preparing for their first appointment.
