A New Hampshire native, Nick resides in Brookline, NH with his wife Cheryl, and a house full of pets. Nick's diverse background in retail management, commercial and residential construction, and automotive service help him develop a good rapport with customers. A real estate appraiser introduced Nick to the idea of home inspection during a random conversation in 2012, and he immediately knew the profession would be a perfect fit.

A seller inspection (often called a pre-listing inspection) informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. One of the advantages to having a pre-listing inspection prior to selling your property is giving the homeowner the opportunity to see the house from an unbiased third party standpoint.
What is thermal imaging? Infrared cameras do not look at objects. They capture the energy (heat) transferred from an object to produce a real time image in different color scheme. In other words, it allows us to see temperatures that are not visible to the naked eye. Proper training is essential in being able to properly obtain and interpret thermal images.

We were really happy with Premier. Jim was great to work with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood some of the key findings. The report we received was very detailed but easy to understand. We also really liked the feature available through the website to create a “request/to do” list. The list will be helpful for us to keep track of the things we need to address that weren’t significant enough to raise with the seller. The rest of the team were professional, friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend them

Incredibly professional, friendly and affordable! These guys come prepared! We used Premier to inspect a home we recently purchased. We received a binder full of information and recommendations to maintain our new home during all seasons of the year, in addition to a detailed inspection (notes, photos, thermal scans, etc.) with even more recommendations. Premier made us feel confident in our decision to purchase as well as provided us with a well organized "to do" list to reference as we settle into our home. I would absolutely recommend Premier to anyone needing home inspection as well as use

We hired Nick to inspect a log home that we were interested in buying. Nick was very thorough, and when it came time for him to explain his findings to us, he was patient with our questions and used terminology that we understood. What started off as a very intimidating experience for us (buying our first home) was truly transformed by Nick’s knowledge and courtesy toward us. My wife and I have hired Premier Home Inspection Service LLC twice now. Tracy in the office was very helpful and scheduled the appointments promptly. The 1st home Nick Jette was our inspector and the 2nd home Jim Sherman came to take a look. Both inspectors are very friendly, personable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Shortly after the inspections we were emailed a very comprehensive report covering the roof to the foundation and every detail in between. They were always available to answer questions during or after the inspection. When buying our 2nd home we did not think twice about who to call

Nick came out and inspected a property for me. He was very professional and walked through the entire property with me explaining in detail all potential/existing problems. Thermal Imaging identified leaks/moisture very clearly and confirmed that the heating system/hot water were working effectively. In addition the team at Premier coordinated a septic inspection for me as well. When buying a home theres alot of variables/concerns; premier did an excellent job of reducing and pointing these out for me. Thanks Nick!
