Our people are highly skilled, highly trained staff of professionals dedicated to providing an unparalleled educational experience that will completely familiarize a prospective buyer with every aspect of the property that is being inspected.
For an average size home, our onsite inspections take an average of 2 - 3 1/2 hours. Additional time is spent if the condition of the property or concerns of the buyer warrant. The inspection of a larger size home would require more time depending upon the square feet of living space. We have expertise in the inspection of Antique Homes.
Chris was outstanding in his inspection of a home that my wife and I are buying in the suburbs -- he's super knowledgeable, has a high attention to detail, and is a great teacher.
