Services
Creative Spirits Behavioral Health offers various programs and services to help you and your family-whether you need help with marital counseling, a child's behavioral issues, depression, addiction, the effects of abuse, or other emotional and behavioral issues. Assessment: Our staff work with clients to determine what their needs are and help clients determine the best way to address them.
Intake is an interview that usually happens during the first appointment. It is a full assessment of the individual's symptoms, medical treatment history, living situation, social supports and financial resources. This information will be gathered and put in your electronic health record, and is used to help determine the right treatment for each person.
Figuring out if mental health treatment is right for you can seem daunting, but we are here to help. The first step in this process is taking a hard look at your life. Do you often feel overwhelmed? Disconnected? Sad or hopeless? These are all emotions we experience from time to time. However, when these feelings become the norm, it may be time to seek help from a professional.
In many ways, your first visit to a Creative Spirits office will be like any other doctor's appointment. Your first appointment will probably take about 60-90 minutes. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early so that you can begin filling out some paperwork that will help us with your treatment. After you fill out your paperwork, you may wait in the lobby until you are called back to see your therapist.
At Creative Spirits, we want to ensure that you receive quality care at a great value. You may contact our office to inquire about our rates for services. A number of factors are involved in the cost of treatment (insurance, what kind of care you need, etc.) so any information they give you regarding treatment costs should be viewed as a rough estimate.
