I offer individual as well as semi-private personal training sessions. Many clients enjoy the one-on-one instruction and workouts. They typically schedule 2 to 3 workouts a week on a regular set schedule. A one hour personal training sessions is $35. Other clients have found that having a "workout buddy" is ideal for them.
I teach several private groups. One is a group of tennis players that has a private one-hour Pilates class every Thursday allowing me to tailor moves and exercises to their athletic needs. Each of them also has unique issues that I am able to help them work around like a bad knee, cervical spine problems, back problems - you know wear-and-tear issues!
I started a weight loss program that taught me about nutrition and exercise which is how I met Tina. Tina has been a driving force of inspiration, encouragement and support on my path to fitness. With the help of her expertise, I have lost 140 pounds and have maintained my weight loss since June of 2010!
