Some people are familiar with online coaching or On Demand Fitness; however, live, interactive virtual training takes those two types of training to the next level. It puts the trainer in the room with you. It gives you the accountability of an in person fitness session with the convenience of an On Demand workout.
We know that protein can help you shed those unwanted pounds and keep your belly full. But at P2 Personal Training we know it's important to eat the right amount and the right kind of protein to get its health benefits. Seafood is an excellent source of protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little high in-fat, but it is the heart-healthy kind; it has omega-3 fatty acids.
When researchers at the University of Zagreb in Croatia looked at more than 40 years of studies, they found that static stretching, like touching your toes and holding, reduces strength by more than 5 percent. Explosive muscular performance, which you use during box jumps or doling out a hard tennis serve, by as much as 3 percent.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! THEY TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU, IF YOU NEED IT, THE TRAINERS NEVER ONCE MADE ME FEEL JUDGE (scared I was going to break the beams) THEY MADE SURE YOUR COMFORT LEVEL WAS AT A 10. Aaron and Patty are awesome! They are very knowledgeable in kinesiology. The equipment is amazing! My wife had an ACL graft Dec 16th, found this low impact fun way of working out/Rehabbing, signed AMA from her traditional slow progress PT, and is doing AWESOME! Highly recommend if traditional working out is not for you.

Loved Bungee fitness so much that I am opening one of my own. My daughter and I started bungee fitness as something we would do for fun and it lives up to the word FUN. You don’t feel like you are even working out by the time you are done but you are dripping in sweat and get a really good workout. It also is great for my injured knee. I don’t have any pain when I work out.

The concept of working out on a bunjee cord makes exercising fun. Unfortunately my run with this program has stopped short after only 2 months. The owner did not acknowledge my request for month to month with out autopay. The first month I was shorted a week because the owner and trainer decided to go to California on short notice and the attendees were not compensated for the classes we paid for while they were on vacation. The second month I purchased 12 session through the app only to be billed autopay for a full month 2 days later. When I asked for a refund since I was now being doubled billed

Training with Aaron is such a great workout and so much fun. I go three times a week and would literally go every day, if I could afford to. In a short time I have noticed that I have more strength, energy and balance. I look forward to exercising now, instead of dreading it, or finding a million reasons not to go. I started at P2 about a month ago, I haven't felt this good in 15+ years , they are amazing , Patty and Aaron are the best and most amazing trainers I have every worked with!!! I am a cancer survivor and they have given me my life back , I never thought I could do half of what I am doing now , I mean I can do push ups, and squats and I can fly , how cool is that!!! You really need to give them a try and come get your bungie on!! You will differently not be sorry!!!

This may be the right style of training for you but if not Buyer Beware - You get a 5 minute demo...then are sat down and shown prices - of course the most reasonable starts as a package of 36 1/2 hr sessions for a total of $1,332! So $37.00 per 1/2 hr. (That was my contract on 1/29/18). I was not given a copy of the contract so please ask and read it. After several sessions I knew this was not the right fit for me...I tried to double up sessions to 1 hour. After burning about less then half of my sessions I was done. I asked for my money back as it was not for me. No is the answer, they had all

Tried this last year with my daughter. It is really expensive. Our "trainer" really wasn't a trainer. He winged all our sessions and the only time we felt a burn was when we did some floor exercises off the bungees. I also saw the owners friends FB photos showing all the progress and weight she lost but it was photoshopped because she didn't look like that in person. No results lots of hype and lots of money so you decide.

Been with P2 Training for 18 months. First impression? A gym. Watching a few people try it out, was convinced to give it a try myself. After the “trial “ session, I was hooked. Best move to get my health and weight off. Bad knees, have no problems like before. Medications gone. 289lbs to 204lbs can’t complain. Have brought in amputees which strengthen their muscles and helped with balance. Seen stroke clients come in with a walker and walk out on their own! Trainers? Never had a bad one. Yes, some are better then others but you have to find the “right” one for you. Have a granddaughter

Today was my first time trying bungee workouts and I loved it. Chad was our trainer and he did amazing and not to bad to look at either. The workouts outs help you by not putting so much tension on your joints so it doesn't feel like your working out hard when you are. I recommend you try this place. Everyone is great and the workouts are fun.
