Critical: Quality
I work in the area and I’ve tried Norma twice so far and their work interior cleaning is just bad! And they don’t have the scent refreshing pieces! When I get in the car after they wash it it smells bad I dont know if the rugs not clean or the soap but Never again. Extremely unsatisfied

We went to Norm's Car Wash few times and everything was good, except last weekend when they left 2 scratch marks on our car (on the window and on the trunk). They are always very busy and I assume there was a stone in the rug that they used to dry the car and it wasn't replaced on time. We plan to fix scratches, but won't go back there again.
