I wanted to like this place. I try to shop local when I can, but I will not go here again.
I just bought a used car, so I decided to get an exterior wash and with an interior wipe down because the interior was in good enough shape to not need a full detail.
When I pulled up to the wash, there were a couple of guys standing outside who looked like they worked there. They didn't really acknowledge me, so I pulled behind 2 other cars that looked like they were in line. Overall it was an okay service. Went there to get my highlander washed, I was greeted with one of the guys who work here it was a pretty straightforward process where you drive in and they clean your vehicle although I’d admit it’s a bit crammed. After they clean the outside one of the guy comes and turns your vehicle around to do the inside for which I got out of my car and stood on the side. The guy who does the inside is very rude and started honking at me like crazy with my own car!! How rude !! I’m a paying customer the least you could do is have some courtesy. I’m not deaf. I can

The best detail job I have had...period. I brought them a filthy Subaru Outback that had been used and abused all summer without a single carwash and a trashed interior. Tony really took care of me! I dropped it off the night before and when I picked it up it was sparkling clean and looked like new! And as a side note, the kabob place next store is awesome too!

Terrible service! I paid $50 to have interior and exterior cleaned for medium sized SUV. They insisted my Lexus GX was a large SUV. Interior was still dirty and they obviously didn’t wipe down seats and doors as advertised. When I got back into my SUV, I noticed the smudge marks on the drivers door sill which I pointed out to the tech. He said the mark wouldn’t come off. When I got home, I wiped it with a damp cloth and the mark came right off. I inspected the rest of the interior and found many other spots that they obviously missed. Would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon for a car detailing. My car was hit in a hit and run five years ago, and has some damage on the back end. Somehow, within 5 years, neither myself nor any other car detailing place has ever had an issue. Ever. Then I bring my car here. They brought it out to me with a broken tail light with duct tape on it and immediately just said "these things happen and we aren't responsible." Um what? I purchased an exterior and interior detail, but the attention to detail was nearly totally missing. Exterior still had dead bugs all over the bumper, interior was plagued with streaks on my windshield and mirror, I guess it was technically clean but the streaks were super obvious and I couldn’t believe they were left behind. The cleaning of the fabric was my biggest issue as brown spots that weren’t there before were left in numerous spots. My weather mats were in the trunk but didn’t look like they had been cleaned at all. When I pointed things out they took it back for a touch up, but

After reviewing all the negative and positive reviews, I took my new car a 2009 Honda CRV to Skokie Hand Wash & Detailing. Tony came and checked my car and gave me a quote of $180 and told me to bring in my car the next morning at 8 a.m. who they opened. They did an awesome job. There were 2 people working on my car all the time. Tony and team handed me my car back at 11 a.m. The car was shining and looked brand new. They did an excellent job on the interior as well. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I am definitely going to recommend my friends and family to them. Good job, Tony

Had to get my car detailed they Had to deep clean my car I have a dog and I had a lot of dog hair in the car and they were able to get a lot of it off the only place where it was left maybe like a couple of hours in the trunk but they also wash the trunk it's just very hard to get dog hair out but they did amazing I could and I had gone to a better place than this one. I will definitely recommend to come to this place for any of your detail or car wash everything is by hand

New customers AVOID!
I decided to give this place a try, but very disappointed.
1. The manager is not nice. Kinda bossy to customer ( maybe bscause of I am a new customer). But Sorry you r not my boss!
2. I did not get for what i paid for. I paid $26 for wash 3 service. They barely clean the inside of the car (see pictures)
3. Unprofessional service. When I asked them why didn't they clean the inside. They said I have stuff inside and asked me to move my car out because their customers was waiting. What!!? Ok, I am sorry that I am in your way, hope we never meet again!

Called them to check if they are open for business during COVID19 climate closures.
They are open!! Come between 8-10:30 for early bird special. I arrived at 8:20am and was second in line. No waiting. Took care of me right away.
My car is black on black and you can easily see the dust. This place looks clean, neat and organized. I picked wash #4, $45. Not bad.
But, unfortunately after the hand car wash that I was so excited about... I realized they did such a fast job that they do not pay attention to the small details. I'm not sure if it was because it was a regular wash that it is

* Zero professionalism when speaking to customer - guy was rushing with the job, as you can tell from pictures. He wanted to close early so he left my car keys for pick up next door. When I picked up my car I was furious! And there was noone to talk to as the shop was already closed.
* I needed a receipt and waited for a week to get one emailed to me. Again, zero customer service.
* Car detailing itself was so poorly done: The windows on the INSIDE all had water on them! I had to wipe them all down as the dew was accumulating

If there was less than a star, I would have put it because these people deserve no star after waiting in the line and paying $19, this is what I got. The car was not cleaned, neither from the inside nor from the outside. People have no credibility with customers. I will not say more than this. You decided.

I've gone here a handful of times, and each time the quality of work has considerably decreased. I paid for the most expensive wash & after tip I paid about $50. My seats were still dirty, the cup holders were still dirty, and the gauge cluster hadn't even been wiped down. The car wasn't even that dirty to begin with, so anything that was still dirty was very noticeable. Take your money elsewhere! Not worth it.

I just received a full detail at this location and I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. I typically would not write a review for anything other than dining experiences but the thorough and efficient car wash experience was well worth noting. This operation is a well oiled machine and I recommend avoiding the major car wash chains that are saturating the area. The staff is well mannered and pay very close attention to detail. Whether visiting with your daily driver or bringing in your exotic dream car they will make sure you have the absolute best experience that a carwash can offer
