The Fields, on 21 rolling acres, awaits you at the end of Reems Creek Valley. We are minutes from Vance Birth Place, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and downtown Asheville, NC. The Barn is a 3,200 square foot converted stable, a unique rustic barn with the elegance of 21 chandeliers, 2000 square foot Patio draped with Tuscan lights.
The Barn is the perfect setting for a relaxing and comfortable celebration, whether it's a rustic elegant wedding for 50 or 500 guest. The Lodge is a 5,000 square foot Conference Center. The Great room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings. The Boardroom will seat 14 people at a conference table. There are 2 additional dressing rooms upstairs.

We take pride in providing a convenient yet private and affordable location for a variety of meetings and special events. The Great Room located in our Lodge is the perfect location for many kinds of meetings and dinners. It can accommodate up to 60 people for a classroom style meeting, 120 people for theater style meeting, and 100 for a sit down dinner.

Our son's wedding and reception was at Blackberry Cove on 4/29/21. Most of the family traveled from Michigan - what a feast for the eyes was the mountain backdrop! We loved the host who was laid-back, helpful, well-experienced in what it takes to organize and execute an event, and coordinated well with other vendors. The staff was friendly, the lodge perfect for the wedding parties, beautiful spots for that first look, food first-rate. Only negatives were no restrooms in barn and the in-house florist. Overall, a gorgeous venue that you can make as rustic or elegant as you wish!

My husband and I got married here in October 2020. We had such a wonderful wedding, and I highly recommend this venue. Doug was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. He really took a lot of the stress of planning away. The venue and its amenities are priced extremely reasonably, and the location is beautiful. We also got our food and flowers from Doug and Freda, respectively. The food was fantastic and Doug even did a MASSIVE tasting for us and our parents at no additional cost. The flowers were beautiful and just so lovely. Freda really worked with me to get what I wanted, but also suggested
