Learning experientially in the modalities of therapy, coaching, mindfulness, emotional expression, and visualizations, balanced by training in linguistics, marriage, couple, family therapy and life coaching has provided a holistic foundation for me as a Life Coach and Therapist.I find it personally rewarding to help facilitate the growth of others as they tap into their resourcefulness, combining the head and the heart.

Individual Sessions: Sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed basis. You create the schedule that works for you. Foundation Package: - 2 two hour sessions that set the groundwork for in depth self discovery. It connects you with your authentic self. From that place, answers to your life questions come more easily.
You are a whole being - emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and behaviorally. I can help you explore these areas and tap into your "being" to help your "doing" as you create a more fulfilling life. I can help you create the change you want in a collaborative process designed to support you in moving forward personally, professionally and spiritually.
