Change starts from within. I was very impressed with the very holistic approach which Dennis presented to me in our first call. I was very intrigued because the coaching would not only help with strategies to accomplish things in life, but also work on all the internal aspects which would stop me from being my best self. I've been a client of Dennis's for almost a year. I started with Dennis to work on my discipline, especially my diet. I was in depression when I started with Dennis. His practice, rooted in love, have helped me in more things than I thought I needed.
