Make the call to this office. You are cared for here. When my husband and I went in to see Dr. Joshi last Friday I had been experiencing life-changing pain for three years ;and my pain was quasi-managed . I can't describe what a blessing Dr. Joshi and his entire staff are. Dr J is interested in your well-being. He is also orchestrating my seeing other specialists & is working to have me admitted to a physical therapy rehab hospital! Dr J changed his schedule and was able to do injections for me today. Every single member of his staff I've encountered personally, through talking on the phone or

For over 30 years, I have had genetic disc and spinal disorders; fibromyalgia; and now extreme nerve pain. Pain care physicians has been my choice for over 20 years. They are efficient, courteous, kind, and truly care about me as a patient. They explain everything before during and after your procedures And I cannot say enough nice things about them. This is a verified Patient and you can contact me with questions.

Dr. Carroll and the staff are top notch. He doesn’t sugarcoat any details but also at the same time is passionate about trying to the easiest and most comfortable solution to correct the issue. Every last detail is provided before a procedure by both verbal and visual aids to ensure the understanding. The staff, I’ve never seen a better crew. Talked through every step, what was gonna take place, when the action took place, and then the next step.

For the past two years my back and hip pain had been getting progressively worse. I am 33 years old, a healthy weight and have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I see a chiro regularly. I do yoga, receive massage, and even added cryo treatments to help manage the pain.
I finally went to my gen physician who referred to me to an ortho. The ortho spent 5 minutes talking at me before referring me to PT, which I had already done twice. Nonetheless, I started PT but after two weeks of no relief the Batrice Law Firm recommended I reach out to Pain Care Physicians.
Dr. Joshi spent lots of time with me asking

I was in there in October following an auto accident. I waited for 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of my appointment, before Dr. Fronk saw me. He saw me for about 5 minutes (yes literally, not exaggerating, he was in the room for no more than 7 minutes max), and said he wanted me to go for MRI's. On my way out I asked the receptionist how much today's visit cost me. She responded, "We can't tell you that because you're under a Letter of Protection [from your personal injury attorney]." This is 100% against patient's rights; a patient has the right to know what expenses are being incurred

The team at Pain Care Physicians was excellent after i was paralyzed from an injury. I could barely fill out my own paperwork and Dr. Joshi's assistant helped me to fill it out on the first visit. I felt cared for and that the doctors were nice and friendly. Dr. Joshi managed my case from start to finish, and I also saw Dr Fronk and Amisha, their Nurse Practioner. They worked well as a team. I know I must have been a challenge because my insurance company tried to pull some stunts and Dr. Joshi had to step in and spend a couple of hours on the phone straightening it out. I take some medications

Doctor 5 stars, office 0 stars.
Mixed review here but worth the read. Dr. Fronk is amazing, I wish I could write to separate reviews. He would get 5 stars because he takes the time to explain everything in layman's terms, genuinely cares about his patients and how they are doing with treatment and life in general. He's extremely knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, and is a great patient advocate. He takes the time to draw out for you the anatomical reasons your body is causing you pain. He explains physiology so that you can truly comprehend why you experience pain in the way that you do

Amazing place. Dr Carrol and Cynthia are fantastic. I didn't love Dr Carrol's personality, but he understood that I have tried everything after almost losing my foot in a car accident 6 years ago. I have had 10 surgeries, multiple steroid injections, years of physical therapy, and multiple sessions of acupuncture and massage therapy. None of it was successful at reducing my pain. Some things just made it worse. Cynthia was almost a therapist some days when I was frustrated by my pain. She listened and cared. It was refreshing. I made the unfortunate mistake of switching to a cheaper HMO network
