Services
We will get in touch with your client and walk them through the property management solutions available to them. If your client signs a property management contract with us, we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent as our thank you. Don't give up on great customers. Sending us a referral doesn't mean you need to terminate your working relationship; instead, we'll manage the home & refer the client back to you for future sales.

A further expansion in the 1960s turned it into a bedroom community for the nearby Kennedy Space Center and today local businesses focus on technology and aerospace, especially those related to the space center and Cape Canaveral.

5+ stars!! We live in Alaska and hired Ana to manage our rental home after the previous company left the house in ruins. She oversaw a remodel, gave good practical advice on making the property desirable, and found outstanding tenants through an intensive search. She does regular inspections, is very responsive and maintains a good relationship with us and the tenants. Could not ask for a better caretaker for our home. The Best!

Ana is one of the WORST I have ever worked with. Talk about making you jump through hoops. I guess now and days the only thing that matters is how much she will get paid for ripping someone off. Don't waste your time. I also had to contact the BBB For this company discriminating against my family. Hope she enjoyed her job while it lasts.

Ana is the best of the best and I have been with her for almost a decade now! No mater which country I go and which renters I have, my house is always taken care of with amazing care! I haven’t gone but a week without renters unless I was renovating and any repairs or maintenance she found a few local companies to get me 3 quotes like I love! She even deals with my HOA so I don’t have to! Win in every direction!

She will take the time and patiently explain any situation. She has helped us through calm times as well as crazy times, such as when the hurricanes hit central Florida.
