The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. I requested a showing of a unit advertised. Set the appointment, provided all documents asked for only to have it canceled 30 min before my appointment. I rescheduled for two hours later, same thing. I rescheduled for the next morning, same thing. No one answers the phone, I left messages and no one returns calls, no emails answered. I basically have gotten nowhere with this company. Now I an not sure I even want to rent from them even if they do start communicating. Very bad first impression.

Was looking at viewing a house set up a viewing to see it, after loading up my family 30 mins before the viewing got an email stating i needed to renewing the listing time. Not an issue rescheduled for an hour later and went an ate lunch. Got another email 30 mins before stating they couldn't show the listing. So i called the office number asking about the issue. The guy who answered said someone already got approved. So i asked if somone could show us any other property since we already drove out of our way. He ignored me and then got an attitude stating he couldn't show me that property since

Extremely unprofessional. Have scheduled a viewing twice with them just to have them both canceled last minute. Very disappointed and inconvenienced since I have very little time to be doing a viewing with my schedule at the hospital. Horrible first and LAST impression. On a more positive note, I got to see how this company operates before being stuck in a lease from hell. 1 star is too generous.
I responded and did everything I needed to as guided by someone from the office. Hilarious how they are trying to say it was my error.

I rented from All county preferred from July 2018-January 2020 and it was probably one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. When we moved in the place was filthy, there was things broken and not working, they were notified and there was never any repairs. When moving in the pool screens were torn and falling in, it took multiple requests and 15 weeks for them to get repaired. The refrigerator broke and it took a week to get it replaced and no compensation for the fridge full of food that was lost. They are big on central air maintenance but when I had a heating and cooling company

I received a job offer in the area and needed to move quickly in order to secure the job. Terry and Margie walked me through the process of renting a house, making sure my paperwork was submitted in a timely manner. I had many questions about the process and they were always patient to help guide me. They were professional in the way they conducted business but approachable and friendly. This is my first ever negative google review. I was referred to this company. I’m not happy with the services promised by All County Preferred to manage my property.
Nothing went smooth from the start. Wrong instructions on lock box missed out on first 4 showings. My property didn’t post to Zillow for the first 2 weeks. Horrible online pictures. I was told that agents showing my property would get half of first month in commission (should have been 1225.00) the online commission showed $375.00 in commission. I cancelled my contract and then it was changed to half. This very much limited showings

I would just like to thank the management and staff at All County Preferred Property Management for the wonderful job they conducted while managing my property and also assisting in the sell of it. They managed my property for 7 years. Initially we tried to rent it out ourselves from out of state to a person whom we had knew.
