Dr. Dennis Lin has been a long time resident of Monterey Park. Growing up in the area, he attended Monterey Vista Elementary, Garvey Intermediate, and Mark Keppel High school. After graduating from the University of California Irvine, he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.

Your tears function to protect the cornea and keep them lubricated and comfortable. Dry Eye Syndrome (DES) is due to decreased tear production, tear film instability, and quick evaporation of the tear film. It is caused when the tear glands in the upper and lower eyelids do not produce enough tears, or they don't produce the right kind of tears.

I was a little scared at first because I had never had an exe exam and for my first time there I had an awesome experience. The staff was great, the office was very clean and the staff would clean all the equipment prior to having you use it. They answered my questions and explained very politely everything that I would be getting done. The Dr. was very nice and answered all my questions as well. I loved this place and definitely will be coming back. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is amazing starting with the clean facility. The customer service is one of a kind the ladies in the front are very sweet and courteous. The doctor is so understanding and very kind, explains thoroughly and answers all your questions. Only thing I would change would be the seating in the waiting room they are uncomfterable after a while since there is no back rest. Other wise love this place and would definitely reccomend!

I had a great experience with Dr. lin, he is very friendly and he has a great staff. They were all very nice and helpful. I was able to get all my exams done in a reasonable amount of time. And his office was very clean and organized. He has new equipment and tech which was inmportant to me. They cleaned every piece of equipment before I used it which made me feel like I was in good hands and didnt have to worry about having someone else's germs in my eyes. I Highly recommend this office.

Normally, I just write reviews for food haha. However, I definitely wanted to write a review for Dr. Lin and hopefully he'll read it and know my appreciation. I moved up to Norcal in the last year and I've been lazy about finding new doctors. While there were doctors I was recommended, in the end, I still wanted to go back to Dr. Lin's office for my annual eye check up. The staff is very warm and friendly.
