Services
You will recline comfortably in the TMS treatment chair. A small, curved device containing the magnetic coil will be positioned lightly on your head. You can resume your normal activities immediately. Because there are no effects on alertness or memory, you can drive yourself to and from treatment sessions.

This is BY FAR the worst office staff that I have ever dealt with in any type of doctors office. Phone calls are never answered NOR returned.
Information about a very important appointment being cancelled was sent 4 minutes before closing and nobody answers phone calls about it.
I have encountered these problems since being a patient there, brought it up to the doctor, been told it would be handled and got nowhere.
I had to leave the practice due to lack of communication and the office staff.
Quite pathetic!

The office staff is horrible. I had to cancel my daughters appointment on June 10 due to school finals. Called the office 48 hours in advance. Left a message and asked for a return phone call to reschedule. Never got a return phone call. Called the day of the appointment left another message. Still never got a return phone call. Requested portal access 4 different times. Final got that at the end of June. Sent a message to Cameron Oswald who was out of town and still answered my message. The appointment was then rescheduled over a month later. Received a phone call 3 days before her appointment

I love Dr. Oswald she is a great psychiatrist and one of the best in the Lowcountry. However, the front desk makes me NEVER want to come back again! You will almost never get through to them, and for weeks now I've needed a prescription refill, and called multiple times over the course of two weeks to get a refill, to no answer or communication back. As a psychiatric group they should be aware of the harm of what suddenly running out of medication could do. Very conflicted because the doctors truly are great, but if you're never going to be able to be consistent with your prescriptions, I say talk

Let me start out by saying Dr. Durant is a wonderful wonderful provider. I have nothing against him. The one star I gave is due to customer service.
I was a patient here and suddenly went through a relapse and was close to losing my job and had no money. My parents would not help. I was at rock bottom and I urgently needed to see Dr. Durant, but the front desk staff (Adrianna) was terrible and never answered the phone and never passed messages along correctly. Also, Maureen was very very rude to me when I explained my situation and refused to let me send a message or make an appt with him until

First I want to say that Dr Durant is excellent with my daughter, asking probing questions and showing compassion when treating her. He is thorough and caring and we are happy that he is her doctor. That said, this review is for the office.
It is difficult to get a hold of the staff and schedule appointments, obtain school notes, and make payments. Leaving a voicemail is not helpful because there is never a call back or resolution to messages. You have to keep calling until you get someone on the phone. When you do, they are helpful and try to do what they can to assist you.

Super frustrated with this office. I had a telehealth appointment over a week ago with Dr. Tamara Cafaro. The appointment went well and I enjoyed working with her. My biggest problem is with the receptionists who answer the phone. I have called 7-10 times in a day for multiple days trying to get ahold of someone as I have yet to received my prescription. I've left voicemails and no one calls back. I have spoken to someone twice in the timespan of a week after calling multiple times in a day. They've told me they have never received my voicemails. They told me there is no way to get in touch with

I’ve been coming to Lowcountry Psychiatric for 3 years now, and Cameron is amazing; she is professional and accommodating. However, the front desk is incredibly inconsistent and does not reflect the top notch services they offer. One minute they tell me they’re going to get in touch with me later in the afternoon, then I don’t hear back from them at all. One day I get a phone call from a voice message I left over a week ago, two weeks later I’m getting a phone call from a different front desk associate regarding the same message.
