Pacific Auto Body is not a Direct Repair Program (DRP) collision repair shop. While most of the repairs we do are covered by insurance policies, insurance companies don't send us work in exchange for doing it as economically as possible for them. We don't answer to any insurance company, and none have any control over our repair processes.

A kind soul works here. I don't think he knew about the significance of his deed. It was life-saving. He really shouldn't have because there was a snow storm, he was the only person I could see in the shop, the phones were ringing off the hook, and free time wasn't something you'd have in a time like this. Full disclosure, I did not end up choosing this shop for my repair, but I did go in person for an estimate on my minor fender bender.
After a short wait, someone came out and looked at my vehicle. Within seconds, he claimed he knew what would need to be done. I brought my car into Pacific Autobody and worked with John. He gave me invaluable advise including but not limited to activating Sentry feature, dealing with my insurance claim (hit and run vs claim), and repairing other dents/dings. I went to Pacific Auto Body to have them take a look at a dent in the passenger back door. What I was MOST impressed with was the time Tripp took to look the car over with me and discuss options. I really appreciate that in a business. We discussed the option of repair and he gave me an estimate that came in close to his official quote that he emailed later that day. Pacific Auto Body had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. My Model 3 was hit in the rear quarter panel and after taking it to Tesla, they sent me to Pacific Auto Body. I was greeted by John, who thoroughly explained the damage and process of repair. Repairing a Tesla is a lengthy process, and John set my expectations properly. It's never ideal to have your car taken there but truly, the people on this business are amazing. Super professional, friendly, responsive, accommodating and nice.

Pacific Auto Body is fantastic to work with. They were recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership across the road.
My main point of contact was Tripp. Tripp was on my side, pushing to get an insurance company to take accountability for the damage caused by the other driver. My car was returned repaired and cleaned.
It may have taken a couple days longer than I thought it would but great work takes time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I rear ended somebody with only 5 thousand miles on my model three. Very sad. This shop goes above and beyond! First they gave me a ride home from dropping the car off. They sent me photos of the damage as they took apart the car. There was more hidden damage that was apparent from the out side.they are not any insurance preferred shop so you know they won't cut corners . My insurance approved the repairs no problem. (Usaa) at the end of repairs they delivered the car to me! Who does that? When I received the car the autopilot and cruise didn't work? And that was after Tesla calibrated and approved

Maybe they do good work, maybe they do not. I will never know because they do not have really any parking to speak of. After circling the block a few times, I call and ask if there is a place for me to park and get an estimate. The answer was "on the street if you can find a spot." Apparently, I was supposed to walk a few blocks away, then have their estimator walk with me back to my car. In freezing temps. When it is starting to snow. Fantastic body shop and one of the few honest guys out there. They still do things old school here. No BS Chinese knock off parts. No catering to insurance companies trying to cut corners. Bring them a car you love and it get back like new. Barrett and his team are truly exceptional. I moved away from Seattle and still take the ferry over when I need my car repaired. Well worth the drive. They recently repainted my new mustang after being caught in a tornado and it came out beautifully.

I took my Tesla model X to this horrible establishment. I first received my car back from them after doing a repair on my drivers rear door. The way I got my car back, was horrendous. There was still dust from the repair, and the clear coat didn't look good at all. After another week, they agreed to fix my car again. Once again, I was let down. I paid over thousands of dollars in hopes of a quality repair job, but this is how I received my car after two visits to this shop. Great body shop and a great crew. Got in a little fender bender in my Mazda 3 and a friend of mine recommended this shop to get the repairs done. I was a little leery about the repairs because my car has a 4 stage pearlescent paint that is difficult to match. Cici and her team reassured me that my car would look good as new once the repairs were complete. It took almost two weeks for the repairs to get done but the bumper was special order. The trunk was not put together correctly and looks like an amateur job. One of the panels in the car was left out and I have to go back and pick it up later. I did not have a good experience with Pacific Auto Body.
I had fairly minimal damage to my Tesla, but because of their incompetence, it took over two months for them to finish.
Things just dragged on and on. When I'd call the insurance company, I was usually told that they were waiting on something from PAB. I'd have to call PAB to light a fire, and only then would they provide the required info.
During the 2+ months, guess how many times PAB called me to provide an update about the status of my car?
Zero. That's right. Every single communication with PAB involved ME calling

I recently had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma repaired at Pacific Auto Body and I'm very pleased with the work that was done. I had front end damage to the drivers side fender, bumper, grill, headlight etc.
I chose Pacific Auto Body initially based on their reviews here on Google as well as Yelp. It's tough trusting an unknown company to perform work on something this is completely out of your control.

Very poor communication (no email responses, rude and irresponsible receptionist), terrible estimates and apparently super slow staff. I had to wait for over a month to have a minor dent and a broken rear mirror (no exaggerations here) repaired, where they originally estimated 5 to 10 business days. I felt very insulted by the way they postponed my car's work over and over, gave me poor estimates and kept giving promises they couldn't quite deliver.
To be fair, Adam offered an apology when I finally picked up the car, which I appreciate. IMO they need to give more accurate estimates
