Richard Frick is a negligent insurance agent and we regret ever using his service. After canceling our policy, he continued to charge our credit card for months afterward without our authorization. Richard and his staff were completely unresponsive in addressing the issue they created. Save yourself the headache and select another insurance agent.

These guys are outstanding. I have been with State Farm for several years and have never really thought twice about them until recently, when I had, in rapid succession, one jewelry claim, one personal property claim (also for jewelry) and then a huge loss when a tree struck my home in September. State Farm was amazing, from my agent visiting my home personally to my adjuster who WAS AWESOME (go Gina B!), to the people on the phone, to the subcontractors, I could go on and on.
