Being Active Duty Military I have rented through a lot of different agencies (more then 6). The Key to Rentals has been fare the best company I have worked with. Paul is not only the owner of the company but also the property manager. When I had issues with my rental it was taken care of fast. I would recommend everyone to use this company. Very professional 10/10.

I chose to work with Paul and the team after a previous property manager let me down. What a delight! He gets back to me quickly, really knows his business and has been so helpful I look forward to many happy years with The Key to Rentals managing my property. Oh, his rates are fair as well. The online portal is perfect for me as an out of state landlord, I can easily see what is the status of repairs and rent payments. 10/10 would pick him again.

Paul patiently worked with me throughout the entire application process and I was able to secure a home that is what I was looking for in my price range.

We met with Paul after we inquired about a home in Victor, NY. He was accommodating with meeting times and very professional but also very personable.
