Let’s face it, who wants to think you’ll end up in a nursing home one day? No one does. However, the staff at Greentree, from the Director on down to the CNA’s, is very kind. They have taken good care of the residents during the pandemic and had very few incidents or breakthroughs of Covid. That says a lot for Greentree. Whenever I had questions about my brother, I asked and my questions were answered or a situation was resolved. The nurses, CNA’s, the social worker and staff doctors have made a difficult decision a bit easier for our family. My brother seems happy and he is treated respectfully

They take great care of my mother Millie Collins and all of the other residents.
The place is always clean and everyone is pleasant.
There is a concern with the new sign in. There can only be one visitor per phone number. We found out my sister signed in but when her handicapped son signed in it back to her. I told her for him to use cell number and worked fine. When you have visitors from the same household and not enough numbers there will be a problem
