My first time at this eye clinic and had an easy time booking online, then got to fill out the forms at home. I received reminders of my appointment date and time until the morning of.
Mary was great! She helped me get checked in and was helpful while I was there. I saw the doctor shortly after.
The exam was thorough and Dr. Connie’s bedside manner is noteworthy. I highly recommend this place.

I had my glasses repaired.then the manager called me and my husband (she was on speakerphone, my husband heard what she was saying)she promised us that the frame which was being ordered would cost me $40. Then I mentioned to the staff and they told Connie Ha about it and Connie insisted that it was not $40. What i do not want is the treatment that was given to me and my husband. We were asked to leave right away and to think it was a struggle for me to go to their office . We are both disabled. Is it because we are both disabled that is why we’re being treated that way? So we asked for the frame

I've been going to San Bruno Eye Care Center for over 25 years. Doctor Connie Ha became my doctor when she took over the practice from my child hood Optometrist Shirley. I was sad to see Shirley leave but she left me in good hands with Connie. I have strabismus and Dr. Ha has always listened to my needs and concerns about strabismus. She has worked with me over the years to make sure my prescription was just right and she recommended adjustments to the prescription as I got older and my eyes started showing signs of aging. I used to work close by so I was always able to get a convenient appointment
