We are committed to providing quality eye care for the Bay Area. Due to our unique set-up inside Costco, we simply focus on eye exams and taking care of your eye care needs. There is never any pressure from us to sell you any products. You do not need to be a Costco member to receive any services from us.
However, if you decide to purchase any glasses or products from Costco Optical, you must be a member or be accompanied by a member. Our prescriptions are valid at any doctor's office or optical shop. The health and safety of our patients and staff are our top priority. We are taking extra safety precautions by increasing sanitation procedures as well as limiting the number of patients within the office to keep our community safe.

Prescription for eyeglasses (includes any follow up visits for eyeglasses check within 3 months). Prescription for both eyeglasses & contact lenses (includes most follow up visits for contact lens check within 3 months). Contact Lens Exam does not cover additional services for First Time Contact Lens Wearers.
