Tired of being given a price only to find out that the price you were quoted didn't include everything necessary?. Basic Alternative Container (An appropriate container for the body which eliminates the need for a casket.). Returning the cremated remains in basic container or other container as determined by you.

These documents are not required to arrange the cremation but rather are simply provided to help you. If you have questions about one of these subjects, these documents may help you with some answers.
Most people have many questions about handling affairs after a death as well as questions about the cremation and the process of arranging the cremation. Here we have provided some clear, easy to understand answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive about cremation in Florida. The Social Security Administration will be notified automatically.
Some veterans may be entitled to a Burial Allowance which is a partial reimbursement of certain final expenses. Since this does not apply to all veterans, we encourage you to contact your local county Veterans Service office (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco) or the VA directly to determine eligibility for Burial Allowance.
The desire to spread or scatter the ashes of a loved one in a special place is an ever increasingly popular choice. Many of our clients have chosen this method of final placement of the ashes for various reasons to include love of nature or the seas, being uncomfortable with the idea of a formal cemetery burial, etc.

We were on vacation when my sister unexpectedly passed away. There were many hiccups with my sisters transition (none with Affinity) and Tom and his staff were so professional, patient and kind. They kept us informed every step of the way. They made sure I had everything I needed to transport my sister’s ashes back home and that I understood the process (which honestly can be very upsetting if you don’t know). I just want to say thank you for all you did for our family. Words can’t express how much your gentle kindness was truly appreciated.

During a very difficult time, Tom and the folks at Affinity were always there and extremely supportive at every stage of this journey. Tom's kindness and compassion are evident in every interaction, from phone calls to explanations of the process and particularly in his "head's ups" on things to expect. His service to our family will not be forgotten. Even though I live 120 miles away in Vero Beach, I would like them to handle my cremation, when the time comes.

Was a nice experience dealing with affinity direct. Both my mother and father requested there services. In a time were there services are needed they make it a smooth process with friendly employees. Very easy to get ahold of and ask questions. If this establishment is around when I pass, it will be in my will that there services are used.

Tom and his team made the process very simple and easy. This made the days following my fathers unexpected death a little more bearable since we knew what to expect.
The part I appreciated the most was during signing all the legal paperwork, my little nephew toddled over to my mom and gave her a hug and wanted to play with her sunglasses. Tom recognized that my mom was overwhelmed and he stopped what he was doing and patiently allowed her those moments with her grandson to gather herself.
Tom also made sure my dad got the flag he deserved for his short military service.

I called Affinity as my Dad was on his last days. When i called Tom answered and he provided with all the answers to my questions, his tone of voice gave me the reassurance that my Dad will be treated with dignity. He also provided with extra information that i was not aware off. All this while i explained to him i was shopping around. That morning I called 4 more places, none of them treated me like Tom. I lost my father and i decided to go with Affinity. Again Tom helped my family through these hard times. He is very professional and very empathetic. I recommend Affinity is you need this type
