It's not too bad BUT depending on the unit you are in one thing I recommend is checking the ceiling. I'm currently experiencing many holes in my ceilings with what they call soil termites and I honestly feel the ceiling is going to collapse sooner or later. Nothing they can do to get rid of it. So if it's in my unit who knows where else and how many. Mailboxes are constantly getting broken into.

Beautiful Place To Live — There is nothing bad to say about living at Tuscany Apartments. The property is beautiful inside and out The grounds are meticulous and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Moving in to my apartment now 5 years ago made everything so much easy. The apartment was so clean upon moving in. Morgan was such great a help with answering questions that I probably asked more than once. The crew maintenance are great so helpful with anything needed.

I will first like to say I lived here for about 16 to 17 years. I raised my daughter here.
This apartment complex has done everything from creating an after school tutoring program to trying to help out their residents with whatever programs they had at the time.
If I ever had any issues, management made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I am also thankful for the after hours service workers that helped me during a few after emergencies. Especially during these hot summers.
Two of the things I enjoy about these apartments are my privacy and how everything is kept up with

Worst apartments ever. Within 2 days of moving in our packages started getting stolen. There’s bugs literally everywhere no matter how much I clean. Plumbing is trash and maintenance never does anything. 2 months in our car got broken into and robbed, and apparently it happens frequently to a lot of tenants. And to top it off, they never answer the damn phone.

I've lived here for 2yrs and 10mons. While it's been tough this year because of COVID it's been good for us. Almost 3yrs ago we found this place and we just loved it. I have 3 girls and my husband and I were struggling just became homeless and it was nothing but God how we found this place. They were helpful and accommodation. Like any where you live it's never perfect but we can truly say Tuscany Apartments are a great step up from where we were.

Moved out 2 weeks before, had everything out also after hiring a cleaning crew to clean every inch of the apartment.. Management took it upon themselves to still charge $150 FOR CLEANING!!!!??. No security deposit back. YOU WONT EVER GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. They will find any and every reason not to. They charged me for wall repairs.. from the men that the apartment hired to "fix" the electricity in the wall. I repeat they charged me for their damages!? And no matter what ROACHES. No matter how many times you call them to have it taken care of.. they don't send an exterminator

DONT MOVE here there are roaches everywhere. The maintenance never come to fix anything. People cars get broken into and the property management is horrible. They do not care they just want your money. This is not a safe area to live in especially if you have children. This place has the nerve to jack up prices to have roaches and no type of sercurity. If I could of gave it a 0 I would have. Last the plumbing is horrible overall this place needs to be torn down.

DONT MOVE HERE.. I've lived at several different apartment complexes and this is by far the worst one! Imagine something in your apartment breaking and filling out a maintenance report and two weeks later it still hasn't been fixed let alone worked on ! When all day you see the maintenance workers just walking around like they don't have work to be doing! But your rent is late a day and they wanna harass you for it ! It's a huge complex and rent is outrageous so I don't understand why upgrades haven't been done, definitely wish I would of went down the street to Raintree

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS ITS A QUIET APARTMENT BUT U DO HEARING THE HOMELESS PEOPLE FIGHTING LATE AT NIGHT. I USE TO HAVE ROACHES UNTIL THEY SPRAYED MY WHOLE APARTMENT BUILDING "KNOCK ON WOOD" IT TOOK A MONTH AFTER TO NOT SEE ANYMORE ROACHES. BUT THEIR IS THIS OLD MAN WITH A YORKIE N ANOTHER WITH 2 POODLES THAT DONT CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. OTHER THEN THOSE ISSUES N THE LOUD PEOPLE ABOVE ME ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

Idk where to begin. I moved here in July 2016 as my first apartment alone. I was excited the first few months until things just kind of went bad. There roach problem is absolutely DISGUSTING! Idk how many times I've sprayed, and what doesn't help is they think it's just the apartment, not the whole complex. Whenever there's an issue I would call the office and they NEVER answer the phone. Don't expect to leave a message and them respond. You have to call them over and over or go to the office in person for them to put in a work order, which takes weeks to get whatever it

The pros- This is a very beautiful large complex. The landscaping is amazing...The rooms are huge and very nice. Laundry rooms are nearby and the pool is an option if you like it ( I personally do not). Management always solved any issues in a timely manner. The staff was always very friendly and accessible, it is just a matter of communication, I chose to do everything by writting (email) and follow up by phone and this took care of things without any issues. I never had roaches in my apartment but did hear others complain about

I'm only giving this place 1 star because I have no option in giving no stars.
If you want cockroaches in your apartment, your water turned off at least once a week, horrible maintenance service and rude office managers then rent here if not DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

I moved into these apartments 3/2013...The price was a little steep at $765 a month for someone who made minimum wage but I made it work. When I fist signed the lease everything was pleasant the staff was great and everything went smooth, it was all downhill from there. They turned the water off at least once a week for "repairs" the pool was closed one summer for "repairs" there were roaches everywhere outside by the dumpster, don't take your trash out after dark. The work orders took forever for someone to come and repair Anything, I told them that there were raccoons

I moved here because it was close to my job and they give me a discount because of my job but it was the worst mistake I made for a first apartment. Between the broken gates, lack of security, roaches and cats everywhere, I became very ill. I have seen break inns of apartments and mailboxes. I personally only had issues with the roaches and cats. I learned a huge lesson moving now, the best deal isn't the best home.

Called today to see if they had anything available, they didn't answer i left a voicemail. 2 hours later i call back and a woman answers ( i forgot her name) . I told her i was interested in a 2 bed 1 bath . She was rude and rite away she said there's nothing . Aren't you supposed to say when are you looking to move or give some kind of option. Not cut someone off when they are talking . She was rude and had a bad attitude .
Ps: i found them on apartment guide for a 2 bed 1 bath it listed as $905. She said no its $930 . ADJUST YOU'RE RENTAl PRICES .

There are different arguments to why this place is bad or good, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. The rent is decent and is giving us the chance to save for a house. Don't expect five star amenities for a two star price.
As for the neighbors yeah they smoke a lot of weed and it makes it hard on professional who need to keep the smell off, but it's life these days in California. The sound? It's really quiet on our side of the complex, mostly quiet couples. Parties happen usually on weekends never had an issue when I had work the next day.
I love the flexible lease.

I lived here for more than a year. I didn't really have any complaints until my apartment was broken into. I lived on a ground floor apartment, close to one of the gates. I got lucky, and only lost the brand new flat screen TV that I'd purchased, but the thief had had all my other electronics packed up and ready to go before someone spooked 'em.
