Ascot Park Apartments

Think twice before you pick this place. There is no communication here at this place. You can't speek too any one in the office. The washer and dryer are always broken. Now you have to make appointment too see the office. I need to do two things with the office pay my rent and sign a paper for the Bug guy. The cockroaches are bad. The bug guy comes now ever two weeks.
So think twice!!!

Update!!!! Called the number you guys provided and still nobody answered... Nothing has improved, in fact, they have actually gotten worse... would be nice if SOMEONE here actually did their job.... what's the corporate number? Maybe they will answer their phone.
Moved in with my family over a year ago. Worst place I have ever lived. Since day one, it has been nothing but problems. Our cars have been towed multiple times, for not having a parking pass, even though However the passes were clearly visible, because the security guy has a deal with the towing company. The neighbors are very noisy

I need to update my review, and I won’t negate that the moving experience was great and both the Assistant Manager and Manager were amazing when I moved in. Since I moved in in May 2020, the Friday after My move in date I sent the Manager a list of repairs that needed fixing. It is now 3 days from September and they have only addressed one thing which was the AC and that wasn’t fixed properly. The company dudes they send over just say the building is old and that I should just buy curtains that keep the sun out to maintain it cooler or to move my vents around and never address the issue. My

Have been a resident for 2 years now, there are some issues that arise around the property but from what i have seen they get addressed pretty fast. Communication between management and residents is constant, they always go around posting updates. They could do better on the security but as far as maintanance and upkeep of the property, I have seen so much improvement. Thank you to Robert and his team for going above and beyond to fix my AC during this 107 heatwave. I feel safe & happy where I live.

The Ascot Park Apartments have really cleaned up these past years. They make sure to keep the complex looking beautiful and keep anyone out that shouldn't be here doing things they shouldn't be doing. Any maintenance request is usually accommodated that day, unless it's late, then 1st thing in the morning! The maintenance manager, Carlos, is quick and amazing! I have lived here for almost 2 years and I truly love my home and my neighbors.

The new manager Robert is really nice and professional. He is knowledgeable and very considerate. I recently experienced a vehicle theft and my house keys were in the vehicle. Rather than charge me a fee for each key he was very understanding and replaced them for free, which I really appreciated although I came in the office with the money order to pay for it. As well as gave me a $300 manager discount on my move in. Thanks Robert.

Just wanted to give a great big thank you to Carlos!! I explained nobody had fulfilled my work order in a couple weeks to fix our garbage disposal. He came right away with a big smile and was ready to fix it. It took him less than 5 minutes and asked if i needed anything else. He is very much appreciated and a good asset to have.

I recently moved from Washington state to California due to a job relocation and I found ascot park. the staff was so friendly Roberto the manager helped me with the process from A to Z and the move went so easy and the apartment was amazing. I have a 2 bedrooms with stainless steel appliance, laminate wood floor and the best of all How great the rent is on my new home.
